Very impressed with the generous offer made on our trade-in. Chuck Rogers was very patient and straightforward about the Toyota Sienna we were interested in. Melissa was a tremendous help. My wife saw the car on line and really liked it so I decided to buy it as a Valentine present. When the car we wanted as no longer available, Melissa searched until she fo line and really liked it so I decided to buy it as a Valentine present. When the car we wanted as no longer available, Melissa searched until she found one just like it and had it moved to St Robert. She processed our trade-in and the new car paperwork, then handed us off to Bob who managed the financial aspects of the purchase and within less than 20 minutes we signed the papers and my valentine drove away in her new car.
