Jackie literally laid everything out on a piece of paper before we even got into the finance office, and we paid exactly what she told us we would. Also, they didn’t shove a million warranties down our throat. They simply explained them and if we weren’t interested they moved right along with the process. No pressure at all. Great experience for buying my first truck. When I first checked out the lot I wasn’t sure if I was ready to buy. That’s when I met Chuck. Instead of being super pushy into selling me a car, he was thoughtf checked out the lot I wasn’t sure if I was ready to buy. That’s when I met Chuck. Instead of being super pushy into selling me a car, he was thoughtful and understanding on me taking time to decide if I was ready. We had a great conversation about each of our lives and shared some laughs. Even though I was just curious and not sure on buying Chuck still went above and beyond with answering any questions I had. After deciding I was ready a while later, I visited Chuck. He was able to get me an amazing Tundra TRD PRO that wasn’t even on the lot yet. After buying and waiting for the truck, Chuck kept me well informed of when it would actually arrive. When I went to picked it up, I received the same care that I did before.
