Finance department did not have themselves together I have been called back several times for paperwork they did not fill out right or do right I've have had a horrible experience here and I wish I could just return my car without paying a fee but I can't the great thing is that I have low miles on my car but I am so unsatisfied with the lack of organization and professionalism at this place it was my first time buying a car in about 15 years and it was not a good one More
Awful!!!!! I railed at Russ, the service manager, who didn't seem too distressed at how long I had waited. In fact, I called a friend who works at another Penske dealership, and she said, oh they keep me waiting when I bring my husbands car in and I work here. Never again!!!!! I"m trained in Ritz Carlton Platinum Service and I can tell you this place is awful. The only reason for the one star is the consultant Dave, who had the courage to help me, or drew the short straw. He was very smart and kept quiet and nicely told me where to sign. Smart man!! Then I waited so long for a shuttle I had to call work to come and get me. Total time when I finally got out of there was over an hour. I work and don't have the time for this incompetent, uncaring service. I will be taking my car back to Bob Bowen who has me in and out in 15 minutes. My lease is coming up on my car and I can tell you I won't be buying anything from this dealership. The next morning during our Platinum Service stand-up meeting I used my experience as how not to treat people and recommended they avoid this dealership. More

Bad service I have used drew ford for the last 20 years. I did have one or two issues with Drew Ford but they always took care of my problem. Since it wen I have used drew ford for the last 20 years. I did have one or two issues with Drew Ford but they always took care of my problem. Since it went to Penske Ford. They have lost my truck when went to pick it up. Took them 45 Minutes to find a large F350(They lost the truck not the keys.). I had to ask them where my truck was at 30 minutes because they where not looking. Next time. I dropped off the same truck and asked for a ride home. They took my name and address and said the shuttle will be here soon. After 30 minutes I ask about the shuttle. I was told it will be here soon. Then 10 minutes later I asked for a ETA on the shuttle and to my surprise they did not have a shuttle running. They seem not to know what is going on. This part Penske ford is run by Dealer services. I have noticed that my service writer is allot more busy and is unable to return call as quickly. They also let a lot of people go and put the work on the service writer. Another one of my trucks is there right now and if it happens again I will be moving all to El Cajon Ford. It not as close to me, but at least they want the business. My service writer has always been good to me, but Penske screwing processes. Also More

Just stand around and try to find someone to write it up. I was finally able to locate my regular service adviser who really went out of his way to get me on my way and he profusely apologized for the delays. Picking the car up was just as bad. They have eliminated the entire staff in the Customer Lounge where you used to pay for the service and pick up your car. You have to wander around and find an employee to ask where to pick up the car. And I wasn't the only one - other customers saw me asking around and they started asking me what they were supposed to do. Finally cornered an employee rushing through the lounge and found out that you have to go back to your Service Adviser to pay. Back out to the noisy, crowded Service Entrance dodging cars and employees. After paying, I then looked around to find out where my car was located. They left it unattended in the parking lot with the keys in it and the engine running. Anyone could have driven off with it. What a mess! I have taken my vehicles to Drew for years and have been very happy. Sadly, this will be my last visit to this sorry mess that Penske has wrought upon this once great dealership. More
Terrible customer service I was looking at buying a new F-150. Being Military, I told the salesman I'm going to register it in my state of residency and not in CA. The salesman tossed my registration at me and told me I couldn't do that. I know the law, because I had already gone to the website of the CA DMV. That is HORRIBLE customer service! The same type of experience outlined by the gentleman below occurred with my 2012 GT500. However, the work product and the attitude (service writer to service manager) is very poor. This is what another gentleman described: I bought a $50,270 2010 Shelby GT500 from this dealer. The car had serious mechanical and fit/finish issues that should have been caught during PDI. When I took the vehicle in for service for these issues with a detailed list and friendly attitude, my concerns were not taken seriously and the dealer blew me off with "no problems found". I contacted Ford and took the car to another dealer, El Cajon Ford. This dealer was friendly, took my concerns seriously, and verified the issues. They promptly fixed the issues and I was on my way. Drew Ford has TERRIBLE post sales service and support. Once your contract is finished on the sale, they're done with you. More
I bought a new Focus from them last month and have been very happy with the whole experience. I spent quite a bit of time researching my purchase, and Jeanine was very patient with me and was very profess very happy with the whole experience. I had originally posted a bad review for Drew Ford because I wasn't getting a response from my Salesman. However the owner Bill Drew came through for us and took care of us big time. We had a few hole because I wasn't getting a response from my Salesman. However the owner Bill Drew came through for us and took care of us big time. We had a few holes in our car from a front license plate that was added by mistake. Drew Ford stepped up and paid for our car to be fixed out here in AZ. We are very happy now with there level of service. Thanks Bill Drew! More
