2018 escape - very cooperative Jeff was an excellent car salemen — we are very happy and the customer service ,,trade in was complicated but worked out mutual agreeeable deal — my c Jeff was an excellent car salemen — we are very happy and the customer service ,,trade in was complicated but worked out mutual agreeeable deal — my car was a 2014 ford escape which i purchased at this dealership in september 2013. i purchased a 5 year or 100,000 mile warrantee — the vehicle was 5 years old in September but in February at 100,072 miles and the transmission went out and i had a estimate of $ 5,600 for a new transmission, this would be on top of a $ 730 repair that was unnessary because the transmission was the real problem. i am very disappointed in Ford that my car had a major break down at 100,072 miles ,,, i should of bought a honda in the first place and replacing the broken Ford for another Ford. i will see if this is bad decision but Ford should of given me an 100,000 mile warranty on my new 2018 ford escape at no cost since in today’s world cars are to last long past 100,000 ,, Honda’s, Toyota’s, Nissan’s all do !! More

Would not take no for an answer. 3 hours way to long to do 10 minutes worth of paper work. Watch out for the. Extending the months and increase of annual rate just to get you to buy the package. 24 hours for a Routine Oil Change When you drop off your car the night before you have a 7AM appointment you don't expect that it will be 24 hours later before your car is ready. I was asked if there was a specific time I need it back, I said no,in my defense I thought I had priority because I had made an appointment. When I finally got my service adviser to call me back(after 2 voicemails and then going though someone else) she informed me people who were waiting had priority not me, with attitude no less!! After being told my car was almost done at that time 2:42 asked if I needed a ride to pick up my car, I said yes. A driver came and got about 20 minutes later. I arrived at the dealer almost a hour later and again my car was almost ready. I was instructed to wait in lobby and it would be brought up. I waited another 20 minutes for my car to be brought up and on the paper I noticed it said customer declined complimentary car wash??? Nope it was never offered to me. This was by far the worst service I have ever had at Penske and I have been a customer since 2013 when they were still Drew Ford. More
