Mike Vemilla is my Service Advisor and he is the a true professional that cares about his customers and does his absolute best to get you in and out without delays. I now have 122K on my 2012 F350 King Ranch, and this truck still runs and drives as new. Its a "keeper". More

Can't say enough about my Ford Escape Hybrid that has had such a great maintenance record. Best car I've ever owned! Since moving over to new management...Drew to Penske...I've notice a difference in how I'm now treated as a customer. There seems to be more "up selling" of products and services. As an example, my last visit this past month, I was told that I needed new tires and windshield wipers...to the tune of $999! I may be a woman...but I'm not uninformed about where to get tires at a better price, or that I'm not aware of the degree of tire wear I have currently. It's almost like an insult being "up sold" on such items that I could easily get at COSTCO or even online. Before, under Drew management, I was given a print out of what was recommended...not an "Up Sale" at point of service. I was not told I should replace my tires immediately or my wipers. As I said before....service is fast and efficient. Just wish you'd have the service staff not be so pushy in selling products or services. If' Penske is going to continue to "Up Sale"...I hope that they will become more price competitive in the future. Then indeed I may indeed my tires and wipers there. Thanks. More
