I have a 2016 Fiesta. I started the car up one morning and the dash display had a message that shown that it had a transmission problem. I had the car towed in. My service advisor Jake had it diagnosed a and the dash display had a message that shown that it had a transmission problem. I had the car towed in. My service advisor Jake had it diagnosed and repaired in 4 days. They even washed it for me. They were very friendly and efficient staff. Dear Service,This is the second time I have utilized Dear Service, This is the second time I have utilized Penske Ford for collision work to my 2007 Scion tC. I am happy with the work that was performed Dear Service, This is the second time I have utilized Penske Ford for collision work to my 2007 Scion tC. I am happy with the work that was performed the first time. I am less than happy with the work that was performed the second and most recent time. Overall, the body work is perfect. What seemed to be a moderate just behind the driver door panel ended up being significantly more. Fortunately, this was an insurance job, but I’m concerned knowing that may have been part of the problem. The cost of the repair increased and increased and increased. With Penske's experience at this, I would have thought the estimator could have pegged knowing this without the crystal ball. That being stated...communication was excellent. The time estimate was correct. And here is my noted deficiency. The glass roof needed to be removed and returned to affect the repair. During the process, my inner roof liner was stressed creased at the sunroof and excessive grease like fingerprints were left in many places. This was discouraging to find, and I wish I had known to inspect more inside the interior what seems far from where the damaged area was. I am glad I have this forum to advise Penske Ford Collision of this. I recommend taking just that little bit longer with the repair to ensure difficult areas of assembly or dis-assembly are not performed sloppily. To me this should have been advised to the service manager by the mechanic of the occurrence and rectified. Thank you for your attention. Dennis. More
