Midweek is the best time to drop your vehicle off for service. I had a 7am appointment for the works service on my Ranger along with a couple of recall items. The entire experience was excellent. I requested the service online and shortly thereafter Penske Ford called me to confirm my appt. My service technician took care of me right at the scheduled time and I was out the door within 10 mins to catch my ride back to work via Lyft which they also set up for me. I’ve always had great experiences with Penske Ford (formerly Drew Ford) since the mid-90’s and will continue to do so moving forward! Penske Ford changed my oil, performed a multi-point inspection, and repaired the roof rails on my 2018 Explorer Sport (recall) all within two hours and beat the estimated time by an hour! Great work Mike and the Penske team! Kudos!! More
