Under maintenance agreement, service for oil change and tire rotation was fine. Ask the service writer to check out a noise on my power steering when turned all the way right or left. Poorest excuse for customer service/respect I have ever encountered!! Tried to charge me 84k for a f-150 with an msrp of 66k! Charged top dollar for extended warranty. Wouldn’t negotiate down 1 dollar even though they had a 5500 dollar markup plus charged 4k for warranty. Told me that was “standard”. I went to EL Cajon Ford and they gave me the extended warranty for 1500, plus dropped the mark up 3k. I understand they need to make money but newsflash MSRP is already marked up!!! You don’t need to gouge your customers and have some condescending attitude Eddie!(worst sales manager). He should be fired and is a terrible representation of the company. Acted like I should be thankful he took the time to try and rip me off at 84k. You’d think you were working for him the way he treats you. Not to mention when I walked in 3 sales people just looked at me and said nothin. 2 of them were sitting in the show room couches just shootin the xxxx like they were customers and didn’t even acknowledge my presence. To finish it all off, even before I laughed at his price, he never once asked for a name and didn’t have any business cards on him supposedly. Probably knows he sucks and doesn’t want anyone knowing his name. Well jokes on you Eddie! I bought two trucks from EL Cajon the same day. Keep up the xxxxty job. You suck at life More
Penske Ford was great, but it was my salesman that made it so. It took a long time for my truck to be delivered, but Brian Wilbur kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. They went above and beyond to make my experience pleasant and possible. I wasn’t going to be able to leave my car for two days. I live too far away for the.
