He knew what to show me how my hybrid works while I was driving. The finance officer, Robert, a fellow Veteran, also showed me how my private financing was a better option than Ford’s own financing. I was under NO pressure to buy anything that I didn’t want. Dealer options were presented but it was my choice to accept. I will purchase another vehicle here if needed. Our day began with a bit of disappointment at the Chula Vista Ford dealership, leaving us feeling somewhat downhearted. However, the instant we set foot on Sedano Ford's lot, I was immediately struck by th Vista Ford dealership, leaving us feeling somewhat downhearted. However, the instant we set foot on Sedano Ford's lot, I was immediately struck by the warmth of the greeting we received. Paul, the sales manager, welcomed us with open arms right at the entrance, making me feel incredibly valued and at home from the very beginning. His swift introduction to Louis, our dedicated salesman for the day, perfectly initiated what was to become a truly unmatched car-buying journey. The moment Louis guided us to the Mach-E for a test drive, it was as if destiny had led us to that car—love at first drive, without a doubt. Louis’s method in catering to our needs was absolutely exceptional. He embodied patience and attentiveness, investing the time to fully grasp what we envisioned for our dream car. His knowledge and genuine enthusiasm about the Mach-E made the entire process not just seamless, but truly enjoyable. After careful consideration and Louis’s adept handling of the finances, we opted for the GT model, which surpassed all our hopes and expectations. As a service member, it was meaningful to support a veteran-owned business like Sedano Ford. This aspect added an extra layer of personal significance to our purchase, greatly enriching our satisfaction with the decision made. The contrast in customer service and understanding we experienced at Sedano Ford, as opposed to our earlier visit elsewhere, was remarkably clear. Sedano Ford emerged as a beacon of exceptional service and customer satisfaction. In addition to the exceptional vehicle purchase experience, the cherry on top was getting the windows tinted. Louis recommended their in-house tinting service to add that sleek, finished look while providing additional privacy and UV protection. The tinting process was swift, flawless, and the final result exceeded our expectations, adding an extra layer of elegance and functionality to our new Mach-E. This thoughtful suggestion was the perfect finale to our car-buying journey, enhancing both the vehicle’s aesthetics and our overall satisfaction. Louis’s dedication and expertise not only made our day but secured our trust and gratitude. His ability to transform our initial disappointment into one of the most memorable purchase experiences demonstrates his professionalism and passion for his work. Clearly, Louis is an invaluable asset to Sedano Ford, and his exceptional service is deserving of recognition. I wholeheartedly recommend Sedano Ford to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. The exceptional customer care, highlighted by Paul’s warm welcome and Louis’s dedication to excellence, turned our search into an adventure that was both enjoyable and heartwarming. A sincere thank you to Paul, Louis, and the entire team at Sedano Ford for providing us with not just a car, but an easy stress free experience. Your commitment to satisfaction is definitely one to model for other dealerships, and I am proud to have supported a veteran-owned dealership that values its customers as deeply as it cherishes its heritage. We took my wife’s 1990 f150 in a while back to have the steering column worked on. We discussed with the service writer which part we believed was broken. He told us due to its age it might be difficult t steering column worked on. We discussed with the service writer which part we believed was broken. He told us due to its age it might be difficult to get a replacement part. Later when we called for an update he told us it was being worked on. After almost two weeks we went to the dealer and found the truck parked in a back lot covered in dust. Nothing was done to fix it. We took it to another shop and got it repaired and back to us in two days. Our previous service rep was Larry& we always got excellent customer service with him. We’ve used this service center for many years and am sorry to see the quality of service has declined. More

I brought my '13 Escape in for an A/C repair. They took 9 days to get back to me with an estimate of $3,300 which is more than half of the car's value. I brought it to Eskimo Radiator and A/C Repair in El Cajon. 4 days later I now have a perfectly working A/C and it cost me $1,216 in parts and labor. To add insult to injury, Penske charged me $169 for their estimate which was suspiciously lacking in detail. I'd say that giving them a 1 star review is being too kind. More
Worst dealership ever! !!! First, I went in for 70k maintenance, which apparently is the same as an oil change (???). My 4 year old car had to have its engine rebuilt after !!! First, I went in for 70k maintenance, which apparently is the same as an oil change (???). My 4 year old car had to have its engine rebuilt after 1 year due to a factory recall. It took 3 weeks and I had $700 of unreimbursed car rental charges. Now the O-ring needed to be replaced (I guess the rebuild wasn't done very well). They called for a Lyft to bring me home. Th service advisor had my current address and I verified the city with the Lyft driver because I live quite a ways from the dealership. 1/2 way home the Lyft driver gets off the freeway to drop me off (!!!). We are no where near my home, he now has the wrong address and can't bring me any further. On the drive home from picking up my car the sun hits my windshield and I see there is a crack in it which wasn't there before. I pulled off the freeway and called the dealership. I was told my message was going to be sent right away to the service manager. It's been 2 hours and I've heard nothing back. After 30 years of loyal service I can say for certain this is my last xxx Ford!!! After 20 years of Drew/Penske patrionage I think it's time to find a new service department. More
