FAST AND EASY Brought my RAM in for service, oil change, tire rotation, etc. and an inspection. There were about 8 vehicles ahead of me but at 7:30 AM all the vehic Brought my RAM in for service, oil change, tire rotation, etc. and an inspection. Should have know I would have pro with y’all from the start! First service person was complete crap! Next guy was great. When we went to finance the guy said we didn’t so called quality for the cheaper r start! First service person was complete crap! Next guy was great. With an 8 something credit score we had to get another rate which made my payments higher brought my car in to get the blades changed and y’all broke my windshield. Service guy tried to get me to use my insurance instead of just say ok bring it back. Y’all had the truck for a week. After Y’all have my truck all 4 of my tire are bald and I had to replace them. Your service manger is trying to convince me that it is the way that I was driving and the road conditions. Y’all don’t do a 5 point inspection when someone brings the vehicle for service? So I ask your service manager let say you are right then why would be so bad? my spare was stolen and swapped out. When I should my service guy pictures of the swapped out donut, he just dropped his head tell me this has happened in this place before! Then he tells me that is a sales person issue. I’ve never used my spare before why would it be warn and rusted? My tires were so bad I couldn’t drive them to the dealership to handle other business Why or how I come back to your dealership?
