They even told me about upcoming service recommendations and gave me information on how much longer they think my brakes will last. No pressure sales great information. I went to leave my house one day and found that my Uconnect was not working as far as the phone feature. I called you connect to see what the fix would be and they tried all kinds of technical moves. I was then advised the only way to get it fixed would be go to my dealer for an update. I came to you because that’s where I bought my car. After about an hour and a half I was advised that it would cost me $500 to replace it. In these trouble times I can’t find my way to spend that much money on something that should’ve been able to be fixed by an update. So I paid the $50 charge And left.
