I have leased 2 Jeeps with Security Dodge and each experience has been perfect. I regrettably leased a vehicle with a joke of competitor simply based on distance from my house; Merrick Dodge. I had a experience has been perfect. I regrettably leased a vehicle with a joke of competitor simply based on distance from my house; Merrick Dodge. I had a disaster of an experience with a defective rear hatch at Merrick Dodge but Security Dodge (Dylan from the warranty department and their service department) restored my faith in Jeep. Dylan contacted Jeep Corporate on my behalf and explained the clear factory defects with the vehicle and was able to get my vehicle serviced and looking brand new. (It took Merrick Dodge 3 times and weeks in service to accomplish nothing but get me frustrated). I asked Security Dodge to remove the decorative plate covers advertising their competitors and replace it with their own. Thank you for great service and communication. Security Jeep Dodge continues to impress me. Recently I took my 2017 Jeep Cherokee in for servicing. My vehicle display showed an intermittent warning to “ Service Shifter”. Not only were repairs made, but took my 2017 Jeep Cherokee in for servicing. My vehicle display showed an intermittent warning to “ Service Shifter”.
