My experience at security Dodge has been unbelievably poor from buying the car to getting the Truck serviced. When I purchased the truck I was told to pick it up at 12:00 p.m. drive hours later they st poor from buying the car to getting the Truck serviced. When I purchased the truck I was told to pick it up at 12:00 p.m. drive hours later they still did not have my truck ready and they delivered it to my house at 8:00 p.m. the salesman dropped it off and left without going over any of the accessories in the truck. The next morning I realized that the paint was never polished out from the protective cover they put on. In their defense they did take care of the paint and had a salesman go over the truck completely with me which should have been done in the 1st place. I own a 2019 2500 diesel and for two days they thought they where working on a 2020 1500 gas truck. I Brought the truck in for two factory recalls, a leaking sunroof, a tire rotation, lube the front end and fix a tourno cover that the dealer installed when I bought the truck. After 2 days with my truck all that got done Was the leaking sunroof, And now I cannot use my Bluetooth ! There is something wrong with the microphone. That being said, The service writer argued with me for 2 days that the vehicle had no factory recalls. Barely touched the bedcover and I was told that was the best they could do. After 2 days they never got to rotating my tires or lubing the front end. Complete waste of my time and now I have to bring the truck back a second time to take care of the factory recalls, that Giuseppe and Sunny finally found when they realized They had the wrong Vin number. Sunny and Giuseppe at the front desk were extremely helpful in finding out the problem. I will write another review when everything gets done. More
