I feel as though the review I left was quite detailed. I've already reached out to Natalie and Mike to try to resolve the issues I had before posting a negative review. That was Wednesday. I heard nothing back from either of them surprise surprise... you're too late for damage control. I'm already a very angry customer with many internet outlets for me to tell my story. Hopefully, I can save a few other people from the consistent lack of respect and atrocious customer service at Security Dodge. JD power should take their award back. This dealership doesn't deserve it. I find it disturbing that you try to claim that customers come 1st....
