THIS DILERSHIP - SUCK SUCK SUCK ! !! RAM 2022 1500 LIMITED. My truck NOT FIXED after it’s stay at Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM from 05/10/2023 to 07/27/2023 , it’s 2.5 mounts f !! RAM 2022 1500 LIMITED. My truck NOT FIXED after it’s stay at Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM from 05/10/2023 to 07/27/2023 , it’s 2.5 mounts for fixed small oil leak. (I can fixed this leak in 60 min if I have the parts) For top of this when I pick up BROKEN vehicle battery is DEAD , I must replace battery in my own cost? I PAYD LEASE FOR 2.5 MOUNTS, HAVE NO LONER CAR AND AFTER 2.5 MONTHS RECIVE STILL BROKEN TRUCK WITH SAME OIL LEAK AND DEAD BATTERY. You seriously provide that’s xxxx service for all of you customers? HOW CAN CHRYSLEN RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM? WHOS PROVIDE REAL WARRANTY FOR RAM ? Can someone answer my question? I WILL NEWER BACK TO THIS GUYS AGAIN, NEWER-AND TELL SAME TO ALL OF MY FRENDS. More

My truck is going on two years old but it’s amazing the experience you continue to get when you return for service, warranty work, etc.. Everybody from the technicians to the service writers (Diana in particular👍), David in the sales department and how can I forget Darilyn in the upstairs management office. Darilyn is involved in all aspects and goes beyond reproach to put the customer first and this never goes unnoticed. Thank you so much to everybody!!! Highly recommended dealership for all of your needs. And yes folks, I bring my truck here for service because I want it done RIGHT. More

Long story, short…I leased a Jeep Cherokee in 2019. The touchscreen kept going blank intermittently, so I made a service appointment. The soonest appointment that they had was over a month away, so I had no choice but to take it. After waiting a month, i brought the Jeep in and it was determined that the reason for the issue with the touchscreen was that the computer software needed to be updated. Now, here’s where it starts to get shady…the dealership had the audacity to charge me $220 for the computer software update!!! It took them less than an hour to “diagnose” the issue and I was told that this charge was for diagnostic and it is not covered under warranty. I need to repeat, this is a LEASE. In essence their vehicle, which I pay them a monthly rental fee until I return it in November. Allow me to explain my reasoning…if I were go to a car rental company and they gave me a car that had some issues, I would bring it back to them and demand that they give me another car without any issues or at the very least, fix the problem. Rob, the arrogant, dismissive argumentative service manager didn’t see it this way. He told me that if I didn’t pay, he would hold onto the car and that I would have to steal it from the lot and at that point they would be forced to report the car stolen to the police. He then proceeded to hang up on me after I begrudgingly told him that I would pay but that I would make it my mission in life to expose this business wherever I could on social media, Yelp, Google reviews and anyone that is willing to listen about what a shady, deceptive business that they are running. A friendly word of advice, there’s plenty of Jeep dealerships on Long Island. Go to any other one, instead of going to Security. I bought a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Merrick Jeep in Wantagh and had a pleasurable experience, as was Westbury Jeep when I was just recently in the market for another Jeep. Do yourself a favor and do not got to this dealership under any circumstances! Don’t believe me, just look at some of the other reviews about this dealership and the similar comments that I had said, without any response from the dealership trying to defend themselves. That speaks volumes right there. I wish I would’ve known about this dealership back when I leased 3 years ago, my shadow would never had darkened their doorway. More
I recently had my 2015 Ram 1500 at security. Tommy Dsola took over as my service advisor. Tommy was very communicative and easy to understand. Ive dealt with one particular manager there that helped me to navigate a service issue, that was quickly resolved. Michelle Scalise is her name and I dont think she is part of the service department.
