The service department appears overwhelmed by the quantity of vehicles they service. Service managers are unresponsive to calls and messages (if you are lucky enough to get through to a receptionist) quantity of vehicles they service. I have been waiting over 5 weeks for a replacement radio on my brand new rubicon. I was told my original radio was defective and a new one was necessary and covered under warranty. Should only take a week and someone will call me. However I now waiting on the second replacement because the first one was “lost” I have called numerous times to inquire about the delay without response. The staff is courteous and professional enough when they have the time to talk, but this inefficiency and delay of service is unacceptable. More

Everything went so smooth! I had to cancel my appt last minute and the woman on the phone was so understanding and helped me schedule a new one for just a couple of days later. The process of dropping my c minute and the woman on the phone was so understanding and helped me schedule a new one for just a couple of days later. The process of dropping my car off and getting the loaner was smoother than I ever could’ve imagined and took 30min from walk in to walk out which was VERY convenient. Same situation when I went to pick up my car, everything was very quick and efficient. My only minor complaint is that the loaner was visibly dirty inside (even old masks on the floor) and with COVID I would’ve expected the car to be cleaned out/sanitized between different guests. Everything else was completely perfect. I’ll most definitely be back! More
