The service department appears overwhelmed by the quantity of vehicles they service. I have been waiting over 5 weeks for a replacement radio on my brand new rubicon. I was told my original radio was defective and a new one was necessary and covered under warranty. Should only take a week and someone will call me. However I now waiting on the second replacement because the first one was “lost” I have called numerous times to inquire about the delay without response. The staff is courteous and professional enough when they have the time to talk, but this inefficiency and delay of service is unacceptable. More
