Every time I bring my car in I seem to find a new anesthetic problem. I do a hard look over in the parking lot before bringing in my vehicle. The first time the kid who took my truck must have hit a red vehicle, I got the manager and showed them and they wiped off fresh red paint with their hands. They said they would fix it and they did ( sort of). They did not do a good job on it. Paint is already chipping off from that same spot. This time I got tires, an oil change, and a tpms installed. I get the car back and do a good look over and find the clear coat missing on the side of my back right bumper. This truck literally had one blemish prior to coming here. How does all the clear coat go missing on the side of one bumper you may ask? My guess is they hit something again and this time they polosh compounded it so much so that they took the clear right off. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Too many kids who don't know how to drive and the lot is always packed. It's a recipe for disaster! More

I brought my truck in to get a defective radio replaced which I was told would take 1 hour 30 min. I was the. Called 3 hours later to be told the new radio was defective and that my old radio could not be which I was told would take 1 hour 30 min. I was the. Called 3 hours later to be told the new radio was defective and that my old radio could not be put back in because the dealership would lose out 1000 dollars. I proceeded to tell them I am not leaving without a radio in my car and the manager said ok fine we’ll just take the 1000 dollar hit then. So another new radio has to be ordered in which I have to wait for to bring back in for service. Very unsatisfied with this experience. More
