I know it’s been three years so I really don’t want to make an issue of it. I had a beautiful modified JK and I figured I’d stop in to see the new JL‘s that were just coming out. I test drove a JL and loved it. I excepted the offer that they gave me on my trade-in JK. We agreed on a price it and it was late in the day and they were kind of rushing me because the place was closing soon. When I was in the financing office. They were relentless with the extended warranty I said no about 10 times. After rushing through the paperwork a few days later I noticed I was charged for the warranty and I paid full sticker price for the jeep. I called Jeep Warrantees department and they reimbursed me for the warranty but it was still being financed under the initial price so I paid for the finance charges on a warranty that I didn’t use. Between sneaking in the warranty and paying full sticker price when we agreed on a lower price I thought the whole practice was deceitful. It’s a shame because I like the dealership but I probably will not buy a truck from them again because of this experience.

The other place I bring my car to gives a quick interior wipe and car wash. I spent $800 on breaks alone I think is crazy the least you could do is justify it with a car wash. Not sure what the difference More
