Charged me for work not done!!!! Said they fixed a slow leak but looked at the wrong tire!! Other tire was still leaking air!! Put 70 pounds of pressure in the wrong tire and told me it was OK. Did not eve leak but looked at the wrong tire!! Other tire was still leaking air!! Put 70 pounds of pressure in the wrong tire and told me it was OK. Did not even put the valve cap back on the car. I got home and released 45 pounds of air from the tire they said they fixed which was the wrong tire. Absolutely unacceptable. More

I would rate service -5 stars if i could. Theres no point in making an appointment because thats not when they look at your car. The appointment is just to speak to an advisor. My car sat there for an entire work shift never being touched until the next day at 8pm and im guessing its because i called inquiring about it. It took them 4 days to finish a diagnostic test that didnt even have a solution to my problem. They diagnosed my car incorrectly and then listed obscene prices to get things fixed. Poor communication, i had to continuously call the front desk because chate never answered his office phone. When he did communicate, it was through text and wouldn't reply to my responses. He refused to tell me when my car would be ready for pick up. I figure they dont give estimated times because they are so backed up. Please do not bring your car here EVER! More

I went to Security for a recall that was supposed to take 1 hour. It may have taken over 1 hour but when I checked with the service advisor after 1.5 hours he told me that the mechanic was on a ‘road test’ 1 hour. It may have taken over 1 hour but when I checked with the service advisor after 1.5 hours he told me that the mechanic was on a ‘road test’ and to wait outside for the mechanic. After waiting outside for over 25 minutes I went back in the the service desk and asked where did the mechanic go and told the advisor to call the mechanic to see if he was lost. The mechanic walked up to me 2 minutes later and told me my truck was parked ‘over there’ and handed me my keys. No explanation no apology. Seemed to be a very young and inexperienced staff working that evening shift. More
