My experience with Chrysler Dodge in Westbury was absolutely horrendous! The aervice manager Kelly was the worst! No one had any forrect info regarding my vehicle. Complete run around from everyone there! Towed vehicle out to be repaired at a different shop.

Three things needed work which I mentioned when making the appointment: - I had an IOU for 2 tires which I mentioned while making the appointment. I assumed they would know which tires they were and make sure they were in stock before I came in. They did not have the correct matching tires. - One time the display went completely blank and associated controls were unresponsive, I shut the engine down and restarted a few times, still was blank and unresponsive. Drove it for about 20 minutes while blank and no controls. Stopped for about half hour then started and the display came back to life. I was told it was probably a software update. When I got to the dealership. they said it was not an update and the entire display would have to be replaced, none in stock. - My tailgate latch sometimes sticks and I have to jiggle the tailgate to unlatch. I had this problem with my previous truck and they made an adjustment and it worked fine after that. This time they said the latch needs to be replaced and of course, not in stock.
