This dealership is by far the biggest I had ever been to, the waiting room is pretty big they have all fresh refreshments, and lots of top notch comfortable seating everywhere, and TV entertainment for all. The show room is really big what can I say what a great dealership, I just wish I found them sooner. This is my new 2nd home and will be for a long time. I bought my RAM 1500 brand new in 2009. Since then I have had all the service performed by Security Dodge. In every case they have shown me how much they appreciate me as a customer. All the services performed have done correctly the first time. My truck is always returned to me as clean as when I brought it in. The service staff always explain all charges and answer all my questions prior to the work being performed and if something is discovered during the repairs/service they stop, explain the issue to me along with any additional charges, and ask my permission to proceed. In short I highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service (this is the third car I have purchased from them). More

He didn't pressure me to rush the sale. The dealership was clean and relaxing. Kevin is the man to see for sales.. Last week i took the challenger in for a NY state Insp. and 1000 mile check up. Dianna the service adviser took me right in and had the tech. right on it. I relaxed in the showroom , spoke to Kevin, had a cup of coffee. Then after a while Dianna informed me my car was good to go. Waited a couple of hours, not to bad. Dianna did inform me a couple of times that my care would be ready soon. car has been in for service multiple times for the same problem. When I purchased the car, the dealership used a sales pitch that stated that they have free loaner cars. I asked for my vehicle to be clean (I did not want any grease on the seats or the interior) and he sort of brushed it off until I said last time the manger made a note and it was only until then that he made a hand written note to keep the vehicle clean. I arrived at the service center at 8:55am on a Saturday. It took me 1 hour to drop off my truck. After speaking with the service advisor and being told I would have to pay $150 for services that weren't ev It took me 1 hour to drop off my truck. After speaking with the service advisor and being told I would have to pay $150 for services that weren't even necessary I got very upset. When I first leased the vehicle I was told I would not have to pay for oil changes. The advisor told me he would look into that and call me with an answer. We live 45 minutes away and did not want to get a call later in the day only to find out I would be charged for something my husband could do at home. After finally getting an answer an hour later we left my truck there. As it neared 2pm (knowing the service dept closed at that time) I called the service dept to check on my car for I had not heard anything yet. We were told when I called at 1:45pm that we can come to pick up my truck but had to pay over the phone because by the time we got there no one would be there, which is understandable. We got to the dealership and picked up the invoice and my key at the sales desk. After looking it over we noticed it said there was a recall on my truck. Why were we never told after the few times we spoke to the service dept on the phone? That is unacceptable. The customer service in the service dept is horrible. They make you feel unwanted and that we were a bother to them for coming in for a service we were told we needed to come for. Overall it was not a good experience and I hope it doesn't happen again.
