I was taken care of by Bill Davolio and Nick Messina. Bill arranged for me to come in immediately, even offering to help set me up with a tow truck if necessary. Luckily I was able to have my caliber jumped and I brought it right to Security. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Nick before I even got out of my car who showed tremendous customer service and care with my vehicle. Nick also took the time to listen to my problem and assured me that I would be taken care of immediately and be back on the road in no time. As promised by both Bill and Nick, I was seen immediately and was in and out in less than an hour! I am extremely satisfied with my experience here with Security and due to such customer service exhibited by both Bill and Nick, I would gladly come here again for any future services. I bought my RAM 1500 brand new in 2009. Since then I have had all the service performed by Security Dodge. In every case they have shown me how much they appreciate me as a customer. The service staff always explain all charges and answer all my questions prior to the work being performed and if something is discovered during the repairs/service they stop, explain the issue to me along with any additional charges, and ask my permission to proceed. In short I highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service (this is the third car I have purchased from them). More

He didn't pressure me to rush the sale. The dealership was clean and relaxing. Kevin is the man to see for sales.. Last week i took the challenger in for a NY state Insp. and 1000 mile check up. Dianna the service adviser took me right in and had the tech. right on it. I relaxed in the showroom , spoke to Kevin, had a cup of coffee. Then after a while Dianna informed me my car was good to go. Waited a couple of hours, not to bad. Dianna did inform me a couple of times that my care would be ready soon.
