I went to get my oil changed, bad news is that they warned me because it was busy (which it was, cars pilled up in the garage) the service wait was 2 hours, well great news was that it was surprisingly done within an hour. Living in East Moriches, about 60 miles from the dealership, The team at Security came and picked up my GC, and in spite of having a grid lock schedule of maintenance scheduled, they were able to get the car back up and running (very minor issue), they detailed it and performed other maintenance due and......I was back on the road in no time so, Thanks Security for being what you claim to be and keeping me on the road. Service/Recall I had an issue with my ignition switch. I received a recall notice but Security could not schedule me until July 2nd. Well on Thursday June 25th (the I had an issue with my ignition switch. I received a recall notice but Security could not schedule me until July 2nd. Well on Thursday June 25th (the day of my daughter's High School graduation) the ignition just shut off and I could not start the car. I had it towed to Security and Craig (Service Manager) called to let me know he received my car. He even came in on his day off on Saturday to see how my car was coming along and called me to put me at ease. I was able to pick up on my Saturday afternoon at the showroom. Thank you so much for the quick response in taking care of this major problem. More

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of taking my Durango in for service, the Service Rep immediately heard my concerns and addressed them even though i A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of taking my Durango in for service, the Service Rep immediately heard my concerns and addressed them even though it was 4pm in the afternoon when other service centers start slowing down she without hesitation took the car in and checked it out. She didnt try to sale me extra services or items, extremely professional. While there, the salesman who sold me the car greeted me and asked the Service Rep what was wrong with the car, which shows that he cared and didnt change once I signed my name on the dotted line. I was pleased with the wait time as it was less than an hour and I was done. More
Excellent Troubleshooting Skills and Thoroughness My car had been rear-ended and repaired elsewhere. There were still issues that were not properly addressed, even after multiple returns and was getting nowhere getting it fixed right. I had not used Security service in the past for logistical reasons but made it a point to give Security a try. I described the problem in a note when left the car in the evening after service closed. Early the next morning the note was responded to by Craig. He fully understood the issue and proceeded to troubleshoot the problem as described. By noon Craig had not only found the source of the fault but thoroughly checked the entire car to see if there were any issues of concern and gave me a list. He explained everything in terms that I could understand so I was able to determine which of the items I wanted fixed immediately and which could wait a little longer. The work was extensive but completed by the end of the next day. I am completely satisfied with the service and will use Security service in the future. More

Well I was wrong after a brief wait I was led to a technician Frank who I was able to explain the issues to. He was obviously a highly trained mechanic and diagnostic expert cause all issues were resolved. My Durango performs perfectly and Frank is a true gentleman and an asset to your staff. The service manager was extremely helpful and kept appoligizing for the wait, believe me it was well worth it. This is my 2nd vehicle bought and I am not switching, it is a 45 minute drive and is well worth the trip for such outstanding and thorough service and care. Thank You Again, More

STAY AWAY - Liars and Thieves STAY FAR AWAY -They are Liars and Thieves! took my vehicle in for a problem I was having. I was told it was fixed and was road tested, so I paid the f STAY FAR AWAY -They are Liars and Thieves! took my vehicle in for a problem I was having. I was told it was fixed and was road tested, so I paid the fee. I took back the vehicle and in 5 minutes I encountered the same problem. I brought the vehicle back a second time and now they said the cause of the original problem was something completely different. They then claimed to fix this new issue and to have road tested as well. I took back the vehicle and again within 5 minutes I encountered the exact same problem. They then informed me there was nothing else they could do. I took the vehicle to reputable place to get it fixed and they informed me that the work that Security Dodge did was so poor that they actually did damage to the engine and it would cost $200.00 just to fix the damage that Security Dodge’s so called repair work had done. I called the Security Dodge service manager, Bill Divolio multiple times but he would not get on the phone. Finally, after many, many calls he did speak with me. I informed him of the situation and he told me not to call back and I was no longer welcome at Security Dodge. The bottom Line is Security Dodge had my car for 6 days total, and not only did they never repair the problem but their horrible service cost me $200, this on top of their rudeness and unprofessionalism More
