Excellent Troubleshooting Skills and Thoroughness My car had been rear-ended and repaired elsewhere. There were still issues that were not properly addressed, even after multiple returns and was gett My car had been rear-ended and repaired elsewhere. There were still issues that were not properly addressed, even after multiple returns and was getting nowhere getting it fixed right. I had not used Security service in the past for logistical reasons but made it a point to give Security a try. I described the problem in a note when left the car in the evening after service closed. Early the next morning the note was responded to by Craig. He fully understood the issue and proceeded to troubleshoot the problem as described. By noon Craig had not only found the source of the fault but thoroughly checked the entire car to see if there were any issues of concern and gave me a list. He explained everything in terms that I could understand so I was able to determine which of the items I wanted fixed immediately and which could wait a little longer. The work was extensive but completed by the end of the next day. I am completely satisfied with the service and will use Security service in the future. More

And mentioned I probably needed to schedule another appointment for electric seat and shifting concerns. Well I was wrong after a brief wait I was led to a technician Frank who I was able to explain the issues to. He was obviously a highly trained mechanic and diagnostic expert cause all issues were resolved. My Durango performs perfectly and Frank is a true gentleman and an asset to your staff. The service manager was extremely helpful and kept appoligizing for the wait, believe me it was well worth it. This is my 2nd vehicle bought and I am not switching, it is a 45 minute drive and is well worth the trip for such outstanding and thorough service and care. Thank You Again, More

I was told it was fixed and was road tested, so I paid the f STAY FAR AWAY -They are Liars and Thieves! took my vehicle in for a problem I was having. I was told it was fixed and was road tested, so I paid the fee. I took back the vehicle and in 5 minutes I encountered the same problem. I brought the vehicle back a second time and now they said the cause of the original problem was something completely different. They then claimed to fix this new issue and to have road tested as well. I took back the vehicle and again within 5 minutes I encountered the exact same problem. They then informed me there was nothing else they could do. I took the vehicle to reputable place to get it fixed and they informed me that the work that Security Dodge did was so poor that they actually did damage to the engine and it would cost $200.00 just to fix the damage that Security Dodge’s so called repair work had done. I called the Security Dodge service manager, Bill Divolio multiple times but he would not get on the phone. Finally, after many, many calls he did speak with me. I informed him of the situation and he told me not to call back and I was no longer welcome at Security Dodge. The bottom Line is Security Dodge had my car for 6 days total, and not only did they never repair the problem but their horrible service cost me $200, this on top of their rudeness and unprofessionalism More

Amazing Service The Service Department seems to actually care about getting getting my Grand Cherokee back up to snuff. Based on my experience at other dealers, I tho The Service Department seems to actually care about getting getting my Grand Cherokee back up to snuff. Based on my experience at other dealers, I thought my Jeep's issue was going to take days to diagnose and repair, but these guys called me after having the car in the shop for only a couple of hours. The only thing that could make the experience better is if they had more loaner vehicles for the customers. More

My first experience was they needed to order a part. 3 weeks went by and no follow up whether or not they received the part. I called and found out the parts dept received 2 weeks go and never notified the service dept. Then I brought my car in on 1/6 for engine issue. Called this morning at 8:40AM. Told by Dennis that tech was looking at it and would call me back in a few. Never called me back and still no update. Seems like you have to be overly persistant to get answers etc. More

I was taken care of by Bill Davolio and Nick Messina. I brought my car in for an unscheduled appointment, as over the recent snow storm my battery had died and leaked battery acid causing further difficult brought my car in for an unscheduled appointment, as over the recent snow storm my battery had died and leaked battery acid causing further difficulties. Bill arranged for me to come in immediately, even offering to help set me up with a tow truck if necessary. Luckily I was able to have my caliber jumped and I brought it right to Security. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Nick before I even got out of my car who showed tremendous customer service and care with my vehicle. Nick also took the time to listen to my problem and assured me that I would be taken care of immediately and be back on the road in no time. As promised by both Bill and Nick, I was seen immediately and was in and out in less than an hour! I am extremely satisfied with my experience here with Security and due to such customer service exhibited by both Bill and Nick, I would gladly come here again for any future services. A big thank you to both of these gentlemen!!! More

I was taken care of immediately ahead of my scheduled appointment and did not have to wait, which is important to me. The service representative was friendly and professional and gave me a extremely reas appointment and did not have to wait, which is important to me. The service representative was friendly and professional and gave me a extremely reasonable estimate on how long the service would take. My car was completed well ahead of the estimate and completed to my satisfaction. The waiting area is very clean with a large screen TV and coffee. I highly recommend this dealership. More
