NYS Inspection Diana in the service department is amazing. She has always assisted me with service. She is VERY knowledgeable. I went to get my oil changed, bad news is that they warned me because it was busy (which it was, cars pilled up in the garage) the service wait was 2 hours, well great news was that it was surprisingly done within an hour.
