This is not the closest dealership to me, so it was extremely helpful to have Katelynn helping me over the phone before arriving at the dealership. Upon arriving, Katelynn introduced herself and then to the sales professional, Francine. Francine was extremely down to earth and very comfortable to work with. I was by myself with my two kids and she was very patient and accommodating with me. Most of all, she was able to get me the car I wanted that fell in my budget. When she delivered the car she even went as far as helping me to remove my car seats from my old car and helped to place them in the new car. I am very grateful to have worked with someone as caring as her. More

Damaged my NEW Promaster Van and wouldn't own up to it! I took my new Dodge Ram/ Roadtrek RV to SECURITY DODGE for warranty work . The right axle was defective and replaced. That's the good news. I took my new Dodge Ram/ Roadtrek RV to SECURITY DODGE for warranty work . The right axle was defective and replaced. That's the good news. Now the bad news. When the car was driven up for me to pick up, I discovered the 3 ft. exterior compartment door was hanging and jammed halfway open. Did they expect me to NOT notice this?On further inspection, it was evident that the aluminum brackets holding the door were bent and the plastic door was cracked. The van had to have been damaged while jacking/lift or bottoming out by one of their drivers. I brought this to the attention of the service advisor (Matt Morrison) and he turned the tables and accused me of bringing it in already damaged. Another person from service (Brandon) came out and they did a poor attempt to straighten the brackets while (attached to the vehicle), and applied double face tape so it would close and not fall open while driving. Brandon also stated "we're not paying for it". I had previously contacted Chrysler customer assistance in Michigan as several Chrysler dealerships had not properly diagnosed the axle problem. They called the service manager and then spoke with me telling me there was nothing Chrysler would do. I also left a message for the General Manager at Security Dodge and he did not return my call. Next it will be a discussion with the district manager. BOTTOM LINE: SHAME ON THE PEOPLE AT SECURITY DODGE! take pictures or do a walk around and have the service manager sign off before you leave your car or be prepared for a denial of responsibility. NO, I would NOT bring my vehicle to this dealership again! *** As of 2/20 no one from this dealership has called me after leaving additional messages for the service manager and the owner to call. I looks like I will have to take this to SMALL CLAIMS COURT! UPDATE: Mar 8 Bill Davolio agreed to cut a check for the damage estimate $ 1,350. April 3 NO CHECK . I e-mailed Bill Davolio and no response. April 7 Called Bill Davolio and he said he would look into it. April 28 Called Bill Davolio again and he said he would check with Chrysler. MAY 22 AFTER 4 MONTHS ! ****STILL NO CHECK FROM SECURITY DODGE! **** In addition Corporate Chrysler Customer Assistance promised to send a coupon for a free oil change due to my issues with Chrysler. NEVER received the coupon! LIP SERVICE all around! If I could rate this dealership and Chrysler with a ZERO I would. More

When i got there he greet me so nicely and great service. We spended the whole day over there because i had a tier 1 credit but at the end of the day it was worth it because i came out with my first 2016 Grand Cherokee and i loved it. thanks to Elvis Duran and thank you Security Dodge.....Great experience!!!! Service couldn't get me in till the end of this week but once I complained they got me in on Monday 10-31. After bringing the car in on Monday they said there wasn't any codes so they shut the engine light off and insisted there was nothing wrong with the truck. Monday night the check engine light came back on called them up and I already had an appointment for today for a black package they said they would give us. Once I got to the dealership today I noticed the door pillar is falling off too. This is a brand new truck I paid $42.5k for and already been in for service twice this week. They gave me a Dodge Dart loaner car which is absolutely filthy and when I asked how come the loaner was not clean the girl replied at least they interior is clean, which it is not there's ashes and crumbs every where. I also requested a full size loaner car because I bought a jeep and need the extra space and they said "we only have a Dodge Dart". I'm extremely unhappy with security dodge and prob will never buy a car from them again. If anyone from security reads these things my name is Joe Losco and you could look up my records and give me a call. More

After complaining, I was told the recall required a "certified mechanic". I wasn't told anything about that when I called and said " oil change and recall. " Someone named Wendy (, not very personable, shouldn't work with customers ) tried to tell me at 10:30 " There is a plate that has a lot of screws, that has to be removed, in order to do the oil change. She said they were just starting it now!" Are you kidding? It's just being put on the lift now? 3 hours later? Just for the record, the recall didn't require anything " mechanical work" at all! Take out the recalled tool, put the replacement in its place! They sent a Service manager to speak to us and he tried to explain that when there are two things on the ticket, like mine " oil change and recall" , a "certified technician " has to do the recall! it's a separate line . the oil changes are the express line , that's why it took so long. I said why didn't they tell me that when I made the first call telling them I was coming. They tell you there are no appointments needed. Then you get here and three hours later they're trying to explain things . I told them, I work at a hospital and had a shift coming up and would need the car ASAP! They said no problem, that was at 7:15 in the morning ! When I leased this 2015 Jeep Renagade in April, I was helped by a man named Fritz. . If you ask me , he's the nicest person at the dealership! He is the most knowledgeable and the most personable. So, from now on I will only deal with Fritz. Security Dodge is lucky to have someone like Fritz, they should have him train the people in the service department on customer relations ! I was given a lot of aggravation before they returned my vehicle to me. The only other thing I was given was a few oil extra changes in the future . Shame on Security Dodge's service department! I say if it's going to take a long time to service a vehicle, they should tell you that on the phone when you call. And they should offer appointments, not just the first come first serve. This was an oil change very simple and a stud wrench replacement, it should not have taken over three hours . By the way ,I left them my cell phone number, they could have contacted me at any point during those three hours and told me that it was going to take longer! I never received any call! The worst dealer service department EVER On July 26th I brought my 2008 Caliber to Security Dodge for replacement of a defective transmission. (I had purchased this transmission from Security Dodge in June, so it was still under warranty.) Three months later and $1600.00 taken out of my pocket for unnecessary repairs due to not One but THREE misdiagnosis, I was returned a car with more problems than when I brought it in. October 13th I was FINALLY contacted and told the new transmission was installed. I picked up the car, and guess what?! The check engine light was on!!!! Now the car, mysteriously, needs a new ecm which will cost me another $ 1500.00!! This light was not on prior to my dropping it off for replacement of the transmission and it was in excellent running condition with the exception of the transmission (Remember, they've had the car since July 26th). This is the WORST service department in any dealership I have ever dealt with. They don't seem to know how to repair anything. They just seem to know how to take money out of the customer's pocket. I would NOT recommend this service dept.to anyone I know EVER!!!!!! It is terrible. More
