We are a service business and need our trucks on the road so our techs can go out and work. They have had our truck since Monday, which was a pre-scheduled appointment, today is Thursday and we are picking it up to bring it elsewhere. The last time we had our truck in for service, I called in after several days to check on it and was told "the truck has been in the shop all day, we are just waiting for the diagnosis." All our trucks have gps tracking, that was a lie, the truck was parked in a lot across the street and never moved. This is not how you do business and then go on the radio and advertise yourself as the number 1 dealer on Long Island? Not even close. More

Everything went smooth and I was assured that it was an isolated incident when I originally had major problems making an appointment. More

Worst service on Long Island This place has been a complete night mare to deal with. My fiancé wont get in the car she is scared. Because nobody at Security Chrysler Jeep really understands the problem. Not even their master mechanic who apparently is does not exist after my fifth conversation with their service advisors. They are relying on a Chrysler blog to fix a combustable fuel issue. Gives you a warm fuzzy safe feeling doesn't it. Think about that while you put your child in his safety seat of your jeep. More

One month later my engine blows so now there's a a hole in my engine block. I'm stuck in a different state and this dealer would not help me. Now they are making me pay for a car I'm not even using. Within one month the car has broken down twice. I'm lost for words. This dealership will not answer my calls nor will they call me back when i leave messages. I cannot fathom how they are making me pay for a car that I will not be using for a month until they put in a new engine. Horrible experience More

Took 20 mins to find where the car was parked, then another 25 for them to find the keys. After 25 mins I asked my wife to bring the backup set so I could leave. I called the service center twice, once at 1:30 asking for an update, in which there was none. Then again at 4:15, when I was told everyone had left. A common courtesy would be to call me and let me know that they had not been found. I bought the car from the same place less then 2 Weeks ago. You would be under the impression that service would be their top priority, but clearly the opposite More

Best Service Ever Received from any Dealership! We were visiting Long Island from North Carolina for my mom's 91st birthday. Our Jeep developed problems on a Thursday. My family members (who have We were visiting Long Island from North Carolina for my mom's 91st birthday. Our Jeep developed problems on a Thursday. My family members (who have bought cars from this dealer) contacted a service rep on Thursday Night. This rep made us an appointment for the next morning. The team, lead by Wendy and Brandon, had the car techs examine the car and identify the problem. (The North Carolina squirrels had chewed through wires and damaged the car's computer). The computer had to be replaced. Since they did not have one available and there was none on Long Island, one had to be shipped from another site. Wendy arranged for us to have a loaner car (unxepected from us since we had not bought our Jeep from them.) The part came in on a Saturday, was installed that day and by 2:20 we were able to start our drive home. The kindness and consideration given to 2 out of towners with no previous history with this dealership was overwhelming. They understood our plight and went out of their way to help us. We can't thank the team enough! We received the best service we have ever received from this dealership......and we also own 2 Mercedes! Repair Order #: 835 More
