I was promised a phone call back from the owner JJ Vigorito by Friday after speaking to the service director on Thursday. Instead I received a phone call from a service manager telling me they fixed the damage their employees did to the outside of my car and now cleaning the inside of my car and it will be ready Saturday. The owner could not make time to call me because it’s a holiday weekend and he’s too busy making sales. Even worse they did not fix the mechanical safety problem my car originally went in for. I told the person I spoke to I will not be picking up the car until I speak to the owner and they fix the actual problem the car was there for. Then Saturday I received a call from another service manager that now they are ordered a part for my car to fix the issue. So they were going to return my car unfixed for a second time but think I should be happy they fixed the damage their employees did to the outside of my vehicle. Incompetence and negligence.
