not good brought my car in for recall and while there I asked to reset my low pressure tire light as it would not not go off. I was told that the right rear se brought my car in for recall and while there I asked to reset my low pressure tire light as it would not not go off. I was told that the right rear sensor was not working so I told them to fix it. When I picked up my car 2 hours later the tire light was still on. I brought the car back and was later told that they might have put the wrong sensor on. I waited all day and was told that someone would call me. At 6:30 I called again and was told to call in the morning. I picked up my car in the morning and the tire light was off, but someone must have driven my car as there was sand all over the inside and out and 1/2 a tank of gas was missing along with a different mileage than when I brought it in. More

The vehicle has been in the service center every month since then. Security Dodge has had my car for over two weeks for a problem that should have been fixed in hours. This Friday will make 3 weeks straight that my car has been in the service center. Mind you this is their 4th attempt trying to fix the same problem. No one has followed up to provide me with an update. When I call there I'm given the run around and never can speak to my service advisor. At this point I will be getting my lawyer, Dodge Corporate and Better Business Bureau involved because they have violations under the lemon law which will be address. Dodge Corporate headquarters should be ashamed to have such a careless, mis-managed and heartless individuals working for their company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS DEALERSHIP. Also, when picking up my truck the following morning I noticed mud all over the wheel wells and steps ....maid mention to the Valet for serve and he said he could have it cleaned but I had to wait 15 min ..... after 25-30 min they brought the truck back ..... was still dirty but I was not going to waste another 1/2 hour. Making it right My radio screen cracked and needed it replace. The whole time I was trying to fix it, the service and the parts area were not making sense and they co My radio screen cracked and needed it replace. The whole time I was trying to fix it, the service and the parts area were not making sense and they could not see what to do. It was making me a bit upset but eventually the case came to Matt (manager) at parts and he straightened things out to get my radio fixed. He made the whole process at ease. This morning I went in to get it done and in less than 30 minutes the new radio was installed. I'm very happy with their service and this morning was a completely different experience than before. They kept saying someone would call back an no one did. By the time we got them on the phone the car was sitting there for a week without even being looked at. They fixed the car, still had to pay $500 even though there is a warranty. A week later the SAME thing happenbed to the car. It has been there over a week again we call every day. They finally called us back today and it still hasnt been looked at. This is the worst car service I have ever received. Do not go here, do not buy your car here, there are so many better options out there. Jeep, if youre reading this, please fix my car!!!! More
