Brand New Car - Nothing but headaches and aggravation So I bought a brand new car that came with not only scratches but a nice ding in the door. I was issued a we owe - fine but they took 3 weeks to fix So I bought a brand new car that came with not only scratches but a nice ding in the door. I was issued a we owe - fine but they took 3 weeks to fix it properly! Not only that but the transmission was garbage on the truck the 2nd day I had it it was not changing gears, throwing me forward the jerking was so bad and not only was it scary it was dangerous. Not to mention going backwards after takin my foot off the brake at red lights! I called to make an appointment bc there was clearly something wrong with the vehicle and they had me on hold for an hour! Are you kidding me?! That’s disgraceful!! I had to call back and speak to sales to go track someone down in service!! They then Accused me of not knowing how to drive a car basically - saying if check engine light isn’t on there’s nothing they can do and that I “must have “ put the car in manual or messed with the paddle shifters. No I’m not a moron thanks ! When I was finally able to bring the car in the “receptionists” for service were quite obnoxious and rude ! Thank goodness for Erik and Jonas for being so nice about everything or I would’ve lost my mind! Still parts had to be ordered it’s a miracle I even made it to the dealership and they had my car longer than I have and not only did I have to make the payment but I basically lost a month of my xm too. So the transmission was also leaking transmission fluid and RUINED 2 driveways! One of which a very expensive brick driveway of a coworker of mine. No one seems to care about any of this at the dealership - I can only hope for the same to happen to them so they understand the frustration and inconvenience of it all! They have done NOTHING TO COMPENSATE ME for any of this and I didn’t even get an apology from a manager. Terrible leadership - what happened to customer service?? More
