Service Department Truck was there for two days and still experiencing same problems as it did when I brought it in. Feel I shouldn't wait this long to have a brand new car looked at. More

She tells me “oh by the way, there’s a recall on your car. Best get that fixed”. Totally unprofessional and I can tell she doesn’t like her job. I never write negative reviews but security dodge service center was horrendous and I’ll try to avoid them as much as possible. Find people who aren’t miserable. Couldn’t even tell you the names of anyone because nobody introduced themselves to me. More
