Terrible. I came in for an oil change and inspection. After 1.5 hrs they gave me the car back and I noticed my inspection sticker was still 2018. They told me they performed another type of inspection??? Then made me wait another half hour for them to complete the job that I had already played for. This is not my first terrible encounter here. It is always something. I made a mistake getting my car here. More

My Jeep Service Experience The work/service was good. I had a free oil change/inspection. I mentioned it to the woman on the phone before dropping off, and without having to sa The work/service was good. I had a free oil change/inspection. I mentioned it to the woman on the phone before dropping off, and without having to say anything else, I was not billed for it. I was very happy about that. What I was very disappointed in was the amount of time/confusion/chaos that went into dropping off the car and picking it up. It took me 20 minutes (no exaggeration) with a 3 month old waiting in my wife's car, to just hand someone the keys and tell them I wanted an oil change and inspection. The valet guy is running around like a chicken without a head b/c there is nowhere to park the cars and the drop off area for service is far to small so there is no where to park any cars. I had to move my car 2 times while waiting for someone to give me a ticket b/c I was blocking ppl in (again no where to park). Other people dropping their cars off seemed to share my frustration w/ the process. I picked the car up at 8:00 at night (the hours are convenient i will give them that) and once again it took NO EXAGGERATION 30 minutes to get my car. I paid the $10 it cost me in a matter of a minute and 30 seconds and then proceeded to sit outside waiting for a valet person to bring my car forward. They couldn't find the car b/c the person who originally ticketed my car did not write the correct ticket number. So finally at 8:30 they find the car. But there were virtually no other customers there at this time, maybe 1 or 2. There is no reason this should have taken 30 minutes after paying for them to bring my car up. I would have been happy to just take my keys and go drive my own car away but they wouldn't give them to me. More
