In over their heads Brought my 2011 Ram that I bought from them in for express service. Oil Change and Tire Rotation. Also asked them to change wiper fluid nozzle. 2hrs i Brought my 2011 Ram that I bought from them in for express service. Oil Change and Tire Rotation. Also asked them to change wiper fluid nozzle. 2hrs in to the express service I'm told they cracked a wheel stud and would replace no charge(gee thanks). 1hr later, we broke another stud. 3.5hrs of express service later I get home and check to see what the rattle under my hood is. They cracked they plastic screws that hold the firewall to the hood. Never replaced them so its hanging down and the old screws are rattling around under it. Now fast forward a month and I call 5 times today to make a service appointment for an issue with the engine belt. Get out on hold 5 times. 10 minutes on hold each time and no one picks up. One time the used car manager answers and takes my name and number and says one of the receptionists will call me back when she gets out of the bathroom. Never does. Finally get through after 5pm. Its Oct 17 and they are booking appointments for the end of November. If you drop off sooner they will get to it when they get to it, no guarentee they will look at it the same day. I'm done with them. Passing the word along to my union and my 5000 member National LEO non-profit I belong too. More

Waited 4 1/2 hours for an “express” oil change Went there for the first oil change after leasing from them. Arrived at 2 pm, Never been through their service center before. I pul into the express lane for oil changes because they don’t accept appointments. a young kid asks what I’m here for, I say “oil change”. The kid gives me a preferated ticket with a number and then I ask “ is there anything else I gotta do” he says “no I’m all set”... so I then proceed to the waiting room in the sales floor. I go to the service bay once every hour to see the status of my car. For 3 hours it just sat in the service bay untouched. At 5 pm I ask a guy at the makeshift desk about my car. He tells “me no one knew what it was doing there.” then tellls me “ your car will be ready in a min. 90 more minutes went by without my car being anywhere on site. when I finally got my car back. I checked my gauges and the oil life indicator was the same as I brought it in. I don’t think thy even did an oil change after the 4 and a half hours wasted there. More

However, a young man by the name is ERIC who was helping me look for my car, went above and beyond to help me . Since we couldn’t find the truck, he drove me home. Around the corner . When they found it ERIC called me and came back to my house to drop off the truck . If I was one of his managers, I would personally go out of my way to appreciate ERIC and be glad he is part of the team .This is our fourth car I have purchased from you guys . Eric is the reason why we will be back . More

Worst service I made an appointment over a month prior, brought my car in the night before and had to track them down for updates. They were unable to provide service to my car due to having back log of other vehicles for over a month. Asked for a loaner they had none in stock. I had to fight for a loaner when they did get them they wouldn’t accept a debit card and advised me that my parents credit card was no good. It had to have my name on it. I had to leave with my vehicle to take it to another dealer who could fix it and honor the appointment I’d made. this dealer had my car for almost a week and couldn’t find time to look at it. I had to call them every day multiple times a day before I could get an advisor to call me back and get answers regarding the status of my unfixed and undiagnosed car that was sitting at the dealership. More
