as expected I brought my veh in for an oil change, and cruise control recall, as like the first service I received , I was greeted by friendly and professional st I brought my veh in for an oil change, and cruise control recall, as like the first service I received , I was greeted by friendly and professional staff, I am usually reluctant to go to dealers for service due to it usually taking all day,be there by opening very early in the morning and camp out all day, this was not the case here I arrived about 10 am after working all night and was out in about an hour. it took me longer to get there then waiting for the service to be performed. the service waiting area was clean and comfortable and was constantly being serviced. Cordial and professional On 2 occasions I have requested that an inspection of the transmission take place because at times I detect hesitation when the transmission shifts. During this service appointment , which was for a recall, the service dept performed a quick learn of tcm. Driving home I still detected hesitation at times during the transmission shifting through the gears. Does anyone take the vehicle for a test drive rather then relying on computers anymore? More

Service department is excellent I highly recommend the service department at Security Dodge. I had some horrible experiences at other Ram/jeep dealerships in the Nassau County area. Being that i bought my Ram 2500 out of state and the fact its a diesel I was getting the run around from other dealerships. I was told Security was the best around from a local mechanic so I went there. Truly professional. Service advisor Dianna Oneil was excellent. Promised me that my truck would be done in two days. Turns out it was done in 5 hours. I could not believe it. Saved me time and also money being without my truck. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from them. More
