Frustrating When I called for a service appointment in early September, the first available date they had was seven weeks later. When I showed up on my appointm When I called for a service appointment in early September, the first available date they had was seven weeks later. When I showed up on my appointment date, I spent 5 hours waiting for my car to get looked at - only to be told that the parts needed were not in stock and had to be ordered. Once the parts came in, I scheduled a new appointment to complete the repairs. I dropped the car off the evening before the scheduled appointment. The next day, I never received a call from the dealer with the status of the repair. So I returned to the dealer later that evening to pick up my car. Unfortunately, no one at the dealership knew anything about the status of the repairs. I left with no car, and no status of my repairs. The car was finished the next morning, and my service advisor was totally unapologetic about the lack of communication. I was having warranty work done to my car, so I really had no choice but to bring it to the dealership. Extremely frustrating dealing with the service department of this dealership. More

Usually when I get my oil changed, i’m in and out within 20-30 minutes and everyone is super nice. However, my last visit, some old man was yelling and asked who owned a purple wrangler. I said I did. He started screaming at me, saying I was blocking the entrance. I had no clue what he was talking about. He asked if I owned the 4 door purple wrangler sitting outside. I said no because I own a two door. He continued to yell at me and then stormed off. Did not apologize. The girl at the receiption desk apologized for his behavior. I have no clue who he was, but he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Because of this experience, I would prefer to take my business else where. More

100 days car still there I dropped my jeep off supposedly needed a new transmission what are three months for transmission to be installed picked up vehicle drove five minute I dropped my jeep off supposedly needed a new transmission what are three months for transmission to be installed picked up vehicle drove five minutes down the road came right back as vehicle will not go over 10 miles an hour service technician cleared codes sent me on my way lasted two days had to leave work to bring it back as vehicle would knock over 10 miles again vehicle has been there 2 to 3 weeks still waiting to pick up was told the district manager would be called and notified on my behalf have yet to hear back from him as two lemon law or just swap out vehicle More

The waiting area is a definite plus as well. If you must take your car to a dealer, this one should definitely be considered. More
