Disappointed by my first Dodge experience! For starters this happens to be my sons car and I told him if this was my car I would sell it and never buy a Dodge again! The first week the car was For starters this happens to be my sons car and I told him if this was my car I would sell it and never buy a Dodge again! The first week the car was in for service I called the service advisor John on three different occasions he never return my phone call not once! The following week I called on Monday left a message for John again he never returned it again then I asked to speak to the service manager Maria she returned my call right away and I told her what was happened and she’s apologized! I understand I am not the only customer that had a car in there for service but being a good service of advisor also means a good communication with the customer which I got none of from John! Then I had to wait over three weeks for the car which is understandable on Friday 11/09 I called for the status of the vehicle again John never called me back I’m assuming it was one of the receptionist that called me back to tell me the Car would be ready on Monday or Tuesday I said fine I never heard from anyone on Monday or Tuesday, Wednesday I called at 11:39 Asked to speak with John they said he would have to call me back at 12:20 the receptionist called me back again and said the car was ready it just had to be washed At approximately 2:30 I went to pick up the car and it wasn’t ready they said they just brought it to the car wash OK what are you gonna do I waited another hour they finally pulled the car up and it still had not been washed! In all this time John never came out to talk to me to at least explain to me that they were really backed up today or something you could even give me your xxxxxxxx line I would’ve been OK but nothing! More
Terrible Service The dealership had my car for 2 months. They changed out 4 parts and had me pick up my car twice claiming it was fixed. Neither time I picked it up was the car actually fixed. I now have an appointment with another dealership to try and fix the car. During the 2 months that they had my car not once was I offered a loaner car or any sort of compensation for the time in which I did not have my car. After receiving my car back unfixed for the second time I requested a refund for the $250 deductible that I paid directly to the dealership. I was denied that request and told that I would have to contact corporate to receive a refund. All around rude staff that seemed very incompetent and did not seem to care about actually fixing my car and giving me a pleasant experience as a jeep owner. This experience has made me certain that I am never going to buy a jeep again. The day that my cars value equals the money that I still owe on the loan I will he trading in my car and switching to a subaru. More
terrible I brought my truck in for a simple oil change and a recall. unfortunately I was stuck at work and unable to pick my truck up the same day. I called and told them I would pick it up first thing in the morning. I arrived first thing in the morning and first they couldn't find the keys to my truck. No where to be found. Then when they went to my truck thinking they were locked in it accidentally I noticed my back windows were left open over night. Still no keys. I was driven to work by a employee there and about 2 hours later received a phone call that the mysteriously found my keys just laying on the desk. Obviously someone took them home and didn't want to get in trouble so just dropped them off when no one was looking. There was dirt and dust all over my car. Also a cap from an OJ bottle that was left from the person working on it. The manager was in touch with me and was suppose to email me back after speaking to him quiet a few times giving me a few free oil changed and a full detail service for the truck when the winter is over however, never received anything him from him after 2 messages left for him reminding him of what he promised me. Very very disappointed and in need of another oil change but nervous about ever leaving my truck there again More
Horrible Service My car was there a total or 5 Weeks. I was told the one person that could diagnose was not in, sick or had taken the day off. When I told service advisor it was costing me a lot of money taking cabs trains etc I was told “ I had to make do”. 4th week I received only the second phone call updating me on repair progress. I was told car would be done midweek. I called Late Thursday and was told car didn’t make it into the shop yet. I called the next day and was told the part wasn’t in yet. When I said I would be telling people and writing bad reviews about Security Jeep. The advisor responded “ Why waste your time people will buy cars here anyway “. Which sounds to me like the company’s attitude towards its customers. More

Worst customer service ever! Crashed my car Dealer had the car for 5 weeks. I started calling the service department on week 2, the advisor never returned calls. I was told "he just stepped Dealer had the car for 5 weeks. I started calling the service department on week 2, the advisor never returned calls. I was told "he just stepped out" "he's with another customer" "he'll call you back in 5 minutes" On week 4, I went to get stuff out of the car. While in the lot and on the phone with the receptionist they informed me that the car had been ready. I had been calling for the prior 2 weeks. Car wasn't crashed at that point. They gave me a bill which I disputed with the advisor and the supervisor. The advisor said phone calls were recorded. I asked to hear it."well not all calls are recorded" . Asked to speak with the service manager. He was "away". One of the supervisor encouraged me to take the car without paying. I assume it was so that they may charge me with theft of service. I left the car in their possession, went home and sent emails out to any and every corporate email address I could find. Wouldn't you know, less than 24 hours later I received a phone call from Dodge's ceo's assistant. He was great. Treated me like a person and not a $ sign. They wrote me a check to cover the work I was disputing. The next morning(Monday) I went to pick up the car. I paid (since I was being reimbursed by the CEO) and walked to the lot only to find the car had been moved and crashed. Here we go again...more dishonesty and lies to deal with . I was told that I had to let them fix it. When I asked why, I was told it was the "LAW". Not in NY it's not. These guys made stuff up as they went along. They didn't want to give me their insurance information. I had to call the police and file a report. Only then did they provide me with the insurance information. But wait, there is more. They gave me their insurance brokerage's information. Not their insurance company's information. The broker can only initiate a claim if directed by the dealership. On friday, the service manager called asking that I take the car back so that they may fix it and save some money on the repairs(they didn't want to go through insurance) LOL. After all the ignored calls, lies and deception, he had the nerve to ask me to help him save some money....$600 is what we are talking about....any reputable business would have said 'im so sorry" "we messed up" "whom do I make the check out to" Long story short(not really), I figured out who their insurance company is and filed a claim with them. They mailed me a check. 7-8 weeks in from having dropped of my car at the dealership, I'm still dealing with nonsense related to an 8 hour job. If you like being lied to and treated like a dollar sign, this dealership is for you. Every single person I interacted with was deceitful at best, a liar at worst. I can't imagine that this dealership had the misfortune of hiring only dishonest people. The fish rots from the Head More
