Very bad experience I took you car in because my car went dead. You put a new battery in and did a tune up I spent $800. The next week my car was dead again so I jumped I took you car in because my car went dead. You put a new battery in and did a tune up I spent $800. The next week my car was dead again so I jumped it and brought it back. No big deal. I brought to service and they say that a diagnostic test is $175, fine. They said they will call in the morning, fine. I NEVER get a call. I call Wendy she said “we are busy”. I call again she won’t take my calls. I ask the receptionist to talk to a manager. 25 minutes later I was disconnected. I text my salesman Jayson. He can’t help, he did respond on his day off but there was nothing he could do to help. I cal 10 more times over a week nobody can help me. I FULL week later Tuesday to Tuesday. The receptionist said come at 5:00 Tuesday night. I get there. ITS NOT READY!!! They say come back tomorrow. I go back. The service guy said the short is from the aftermarket radio. You didn’t call to see if it should be fixed. Just told me to pay $250! I said you were supposed to diagnose the problem and call and it would be $175. He said it took longer. After 8 days and not touching the car you wanted to rip me off when you did nothing at all!! After I spent $800 the week before. This was the WORST service I ever had. Not to mention I bought a new car from you and I brought in two of my other jeeps in for serve the last few months. I have 3 jeeps I bring in for service. No more! Wendy should be fired. Jay couldn’t help. Service department was a waste. You are just happy taking money with No customer service. And every time I come in 5 people are just hanging out in that little manager glassed in room where you pay hanging out laughing having a good time not helping anyone! It’s a disgrace!! More

Disappointed by my first Dodge experience! For starters this happens to be my sons car and I told him if this was my car I would sell it and never buy a Dodge again! The first week the car was in for service I called the service advisor John on three different occasions he never return my phone call not once! The following week I called on Monday left a message for John again he never returned it again then I asked to speak to the service manager Maria she returned my call right away and I told her what was happened and she’s apologized! I understand I am not the only customer that had a car in there for service but being a good service of advisor also means a good communication with the customer which I got none of from John! Then I had to wait over three weeks for the car which is understandable on Friday 11/09 I called for the status of the vehicle again John never called me back I’m assuming it was one of the receptionist that called me back to tell me the Car would be ready on Monday or Tuesday I said fine I never heard from anyone on Monday or Tuesday, Wednesday I called at 11:39 Asked to speak with John they said he would have to call me back at 12:20 the receptionist called me back again and said the car was ready it just had to be washed At approximately 2:30 I went to pick up the car and it wasn’t ready they said they just brought it to the car wash OK what are you gonna do I waited another hour they finally pulled the car up and it still had not been washed! In all this time John never came out to talk to me to at least explain to me that they were really backed up today or something you could even give me your xxxxxxxx line I would’ve been OK but nothing! More
Terrible Service The dealership had my car for 2 months. They changed out 4 parts and had me pick up my car twice claiming it was fixed. Neither time I picked it up was the car actually fixed. I now have an appointment with another dealership to try and fix the car. During the 2 months that they had my car not once was I offered a loaner car or any sort of compensation for the time in which I did not have my car. After receiving my car back unfixed for the second time I requested a refund for the $250 deductible that I paid directly to the dealership. I was denied that request and told that I would have to contact corporate to receive a refund. All around rude staff that seemed very incompetent and did not seem to care about actually fixing my car and giving me a pleasant experience as a jeep owner. This experience has made me certain that I am never going to buy a jeep again. The day that my cars value equals the money that I still owe on the loan I will he trading in my car and switching to a subaru. More
terrible I brought my truck in for a simple oil change and a recall. unfortunately I was stuck at work and unable to pick my truck up the same day. I called and told them I would pick it up first thing in the morning. I arrived first thing in the morning and first they couldn't find the keys to my truck. No where to be found. Then when they went to my truck thinking they were locked in it accidentally I noticed my back windows were left open over night. Still no keys. I was driven to work by a employee there and about 2 hours later received a phone call that the mysteriously found my keys just laying on the desk. Obviously someone took them home and didn't want to get in trouble so just dropped them off when no one was looking. There was dirt and dust all over my car. Also a cap from an OJ bottle that was left from the person working on it. The manager was in touch with me and was suppose to email me back after speaking to him quiet a few times giving me a few free oil changed and a full detail service for the truck when the winter is over however, never received anything him from him after 2 messages left for him reminding him of what he promised me. Very very disappointed and in need of another oil change but nervous about ever leaving my truck there again More

When I told service advisor it was costing me a lot of money taking cabs trains etc I was told “ I had to make do”. 4th week I received only the second phone call updating me on repair progress. I was told car would be done midweek. I called Late Thursday and was told car didn’t make it into the shop yet. I called the next day and was told the part wasn’t in yet. When I said I would be telling people and writing bad reviews about Security Jeep. The advisor responded “ Why waste your time people will buy cars here anyway “. Which sounds to me like the company’s attitude towards its customers. More
