Very disappointed Truck that I've owned For a year and a 1/2 needed a starter mind you 10 days after I bought the truck it was on a flatbed Now after a Year it needs Truck that I've owned For a year and a 1/2 needed a starter mind you 10 days after I bought the truck it was on a flatbed Now after a Year it needs a starter..... called for a week trying to find out if I was covered under warrenty.... ....finally spoke to someone said I was being it on Saturday..... Drove from my house in Port Jefferson To Amityville to bring my truck in like I was told to do when I got there I was sent away with a truck that starts when it feels like it because they didn't have a loner to give me and they couldn't do the repair then so I drove it all weekend until Tuesday when I was finally called back and told that they would do the repair it wasn't like August come in for an oil change my truck started when it fell like it which means that I'm crawling under a truck to tap my starter very disappointed More

Dead battery I drove in without an appointment around 3pm. The service center greeted me and took my truck even at such a late time in the afternoon. Worse customer service ever My Dodger Challenger broke down and at night this was the closest “Dodge” dealer to tow it to; however, next morning I got a phone call and a “lady” t My Dodger Challenger broke down and at night this was the closest “Dodge” dealer to tow it to; however, next morning I got a phone call and a “lady” telling me what is this car doing in front of my building... I explained the ordeal I went through the night before and I was basically harassed by her to the point tha she threatened me or a move my car in 48 hours or she would’ve towed it to the street. I was never a customer in that dealer nor that I want to be. Corporate Office never help me with this issue either... More
