Was there five times Usually the service is excellent. Always was very happy but the last time I went in was last week before Thanksgiving for an oil change I had to go b Usually the service is excellent. Always was very happy but the last time I went in was last week before Thanksgiving for an oil change I had to go back three times because the first two times they gave me excuses that one it was after 7 o’clock which I didn’t know was the movie and chew I can’t before 7 o’clock and he has it with him and leave early so no one was there to do it. The biggest problem was I have a light on in my car and I pulled in as soon as I can adjust it and three times I was told it should be done I would have to come back during normal business . I like the service department because she can come without an appointment which helps me because I have odd job hours. I now have to bring the car back again and hold at this time they can turn the four-wheel-drive light off and see why it’s happening. More

Drove from my house in Port Jefferson To Amityville to bring my truck in like I was told to do when I got there I was sent away with a truck that starts when it feels like it because they didn't have a loner to give me and they couldn't do the repair then so I drove it all weekend until Tuesday when I was finally called back and told that they would do the repair it wasn't like August come in for an oil change my truck started when it fell like it which means that I'm crawling under a truck to tap my starter very disappointed More

Dead battery I drove in without an appointment around 3pm. The service center greeted me and took my truck even at such a late time in the afternoon.
