Oil change done pretty quickly I was able to get an oil change within a few hours. Only thing is I was told by the desk on a call to bring my car in for a quick review but like was I was able to get an oil change within a few hours. Disappointed & Problem Not Fixed I recently just leased a 2018 Grand Cherokee from Security Dodge, Jeep Dealership in Amityville, New York. The sales manager, Fritz Francois, really f I recently just leased a 2018 Grand Cherokee from Security Dodge, Jeep Dealership in Amityville, New York. The sales manager, Fritz Francois, really fought for me not to go back to Lexus and wanted me to find the perfect Jeep. I picked up my car on September 25th. On October 20th I brought the car to the dealership as my driver side heated seats were not working. Every time, I would start the car and turn on the heated seats it would turn off automatically. They told me that they would get me in the earliest appointment which was November 19th. I didn't even make a payment on the car yet and there was already a problem with the promised vehicle. On November 19th, I went to drop off the car. John LaFrancesca, promised me a loaner as I contacted him directly. When I got to the service area, they told me that since I was under the age of 27 I wasn't allowed. I told them if I am able to lease a vehicle from your facility I should be able to use a loaner. Magically, I was given a loaner. I was never received any follow up calls from my Service Tech, John. I then found out after calling my car would stay there overnight. In the afternoon on the second day he said he would call me by 2 or 3 to see if the car was ready for pick up. I never received a phone call so I called them and they told me the car was ready. When I got there my car was completely filled of mud on the bottom and not in the same condition as I dropped the car off in. I told one of the employees and he asked if I wanted him to "splash some water on it" As it was late at night, I said no. I then get into my vehicle and the problem was NOT fixed. I went back inside and a service guy, Jake, told me that they will keep the car overnight and work on it tomorrow. That next morning I called my service guy John and wanted to let him know I was frustrated that my car was muddy and still NOT working after I wasted my time to go there. He told me he would make sure that my car gets worked on today and he will contact me by noon. Also, he said that he will make sure they wash the car and also will top off my gas. I then call at 2PM as I have not heard back from John and he was not available. I then recieve a call from Diana who works in Service she said that I need to come pick up my non fixed vehicle as its driveable and that the "Heating Module" needs to be ordered and that will take 7-10 business days. After that, I will have to make an appointment (which could be another month from now). I went to the dealership to pick up my car and drop off the loaner. There I find my car was sitting in the lot in the same muddy condition and the gas was not touched. I was completely frustrated. I spoke to the Service Director, Bill Davolio, and told him about my frustrations. He then lectured me about how John needs to write things down that he promises people. Well he promised that he would speak to his Parts Manager either on Friday, 11/23 or Monday 11/26 about my "Heating Module" part and get back to me with an update. He also got my car cleaned and gas tipped off. He said after the part comes in I can sneak in the day after and get my car serviced. I am completely frustrated that I have not heard back from the "Service Director" and that I made my second payment and am completely frustrated with the customer service I have received. I am starting off this Jeep lease with a bad taste in my mouth. More

Jeeps are a joke now, just like this country I explained to my service advisor “John” that my 2014 jeep patriot was shaking like a leaf when in drve and foot on brake. I noticed it afterbi purc I explained to my service advisor “John” that my 2014 jeep patriot was shaking like a leaf when in drve and foot on brake. I noticed it afterbi purchased it on the way home and took it to my mechanic. He diagnosed it as an “engine balance” problem and showed me online that jeep has a problem withe their 2.4L 4 cyl engine. I took it first to Smithtown jeep n they said it was the motor mounts. They changed them and charged me, after o explained my mechanics’ diagnosis. They too, were in denial. I gave it to my dsughter for 21st birthday present and she drove it up to school in poukeepsie. She had ut until the summer n the problem persists!!! I took it to security jeep hoping that they would do the right thing!!! Instaed, i got an explanation from”John”, that this “is a characteristic of this particular engine, and because there were no codes thrown, that there was nothing they could do, and they weren’t about to start tearing an engine apart because the entire vehicle shakes when the vehicle is in drive with foot on brake.” Now the mileage is going over the 60,000 mile mark and is no more warranty. This sucks, the whole vehicle shakes When its in drive withe ur foot on the brake. More

Although they were extremely busy, they asked me to bring the car that same day as an emergency visit. They were able to diagnose the problem as a bad battery and replaced it in a matter of a couple of hours. More
Hate this car Had the car for 4 months. Took it in for an oil change and a recall and because it was stalling every day. Turns out there were 2 recalls on the car, Had the car for 4 months. Turns out there were 2 recalls on the car, my car kept stalling because it had no oil (how that happens with a 2019 brand new car I have no idea), got the oil change and they had my car for 2 weeks. Had a rental all that time. Have to go back in 1,000 miles for an oil consumption test (because I have nothing else better to do with my time). And my right headlight goes in and out. They said they didn’t observe this but I do and it’s still happening. I started calling after a week for an update while they had my car and no one ever got back to me. Started calling every day just for an update until I threatened to show up with my lawyer and then I got a call back- 2 days before I got my car back. Got my car back and it was filthy. Mud inside the passanger door on the console- I had to take my car to the car wash. Horrible service. More

I’m not sure if I’d ever bring my own bought vehicle to the service department again, only leased vehicles. Not at all happy with the way my situation was handled through service department. John was very nice but I felt misinformed about my 2015 compass. I’m still waiting for my accident report. More

Pull in for service on date, greeter says hi why are you here-no clue on appointment made 6 weeks prior. They did good job on service, few things to act upon at 15K as well. However, how much do u want to bet at 15K service, they will forget about the 10K pending issues. Dashboard has rattle that don’t want to take apart to look for, so still has rattle. More
