They suck Those xxx holes had my car for three weeks for a simple job. Never kept in touch with me, I always had to call. When I was finally getting it back, there were wires exposed from covers not being put back on. My back sir had several parts that were never put back after work was done. I left the car and they were suppose to bring me my car today at 6pm. I’m still waiting. It’s 7:30 pm. I have purchased three vehicles from this dealer. Never again. I will tell everyone I know not to use this dealership. They suck. They only one who’s any good is Justin from valet. More

Cory promised the world, from fixing a broken Completely disgusted at this dealership. My boyfriend purchased a 2013 Dodge RAM 1500 in July from Cory. Cory promised the world, from fixing a broken mirror and popping out a dent to making sure any mechanical problems were taken care of. Fast forward to August and up until now, NO ONE WILL RETURN OUR PHONE CALLS! We brought the truck in September to get the problems fixed and it sat in the same spot for 5 days. We have called daily and left many messages and nobody calls us back. When we sat with Diana in the service department, we were told that Cory promises customers things like these all the time and that he has to pay for them out of his own paycheck because the dealership won't take care of them. I used them based on a coworkers recommendation, but I will never recommend Security Dodge to anyone. We just want a safe truck to drive, yet it will cost thousands of dollars to fix what Security Dodge promised would be taken care of!!! More

So many cars being serviced that you can’t get an appointment until January makes me wonder if the Chrysler product is up to par. My car is two years old and has already had a new transmission put in. Not a happy customer don’t think Chrysler will be my next choice for car More
