Great Service Brought my daughter’s car in with an electrical issue without an appointment . All sensor lights would come on intermittently. Service On Tuesday Novemeber 20th I leased a 2019 Ram Big Horn. On Novemeber 22nd Thanksgiving morning I came outside to my truck completly dead with no powe On Tuesday Novemeber 20th I leased a 2019 Ram Big Horn. On Novemeber 22nd Thanksgiving morning I came outside to my truck completly dead with no power going to the vehicle. I had to get the vehicle towed back to the dealership first thing in the morning lFriday Novemeber 23rd. Monday evening the 26th i was called by the dealership that my vehicle was ready. Long story short it ended up being a nut came loose and fell off the main power line from the fusebox to the vehicle. Now my truck has been at the dealership longer than ive had it at this point. For the inconvience i was told that the salesman would speak with the manager about either getting me the tounneu cover for the bed or the spray in bed liner or running boards for my truck. Or atleast at a discounted rate. Now after 2 weeks i still have not been contacted nor responded to my calls or texts. Not only will neither me or my wife purchase or lease another vehicle from this dealership but i will not refer anybody either. As soon as the ink was dry on my lease agreement that was it no consideration for the customer. This cause a major inconvience on thanksgiving as i had alot of responsiblities to handle. As well as now having to deal w cabs and other sources of transportation to get both my family and my self where they needed to be. This issue was missed by your dealership and shouldnt have happened. And above all else atleast stand by your word if not your product. The salesman i worked with pretty much got me the deal i was looking for on my vehicle and trade in but other than that disappointed in the service once the ink was dry and the truck was off the lot More

my certified pre owned experience I purchased a certified 2014 Grand Cherokee in September. After 200 miles it developed an oil leak. I flatbedded it to Security who said they would call me in a few days. Over a two week period i called four times attempting to contact John from service with no results or returned calls. There are two receptionists, one very rude and one very nice. After two weeks i received a call to pick it up. Overall i like the dealership but the staff needs some customer service training. Also it was very nice of the dealership to give me a loaner car. Lastly, my car came to the dealer spotlessly clean, when i picked it up it was filthy with mud all over the sides and the floor mats. Cars should be returned as they were received. VERY IMPORTANT ! More
