Disappointed this time out All fluids are supposed to be checked and topped off during this type of service. I knew I was almost out of wiper fluid when I went in. Shortly after I left, I went to wash and wipe the windshield and was out of fluid. Clearly it wasn’t checked and topped off. Makes me wonder what else was marked off as checked but not really looked at. If something that simple can’t be done correctly, how can more complex things be done right? More

Engine light on 3 month old truck..again. 2nd time in 3mo It was the second time the engine light came on my truck that I only owns for 3 plants. Great Buys, but customer attention needs to be improved. Security Dodge offers some pretty great deals. But, their customer service over the year and a half since I purchased my Jeep Compass has not been an Security Dodge offers some pretty great deals. But, their customer service over the year and a half since I purchased my Jeep Compass has not been an overall good experience. My car was in service for almost a month and a half in the first 3 months. Only now, working with Brandon Troy and John in service am I getting top notch service. I highly recommend dealing with Brandon and John. They have restored my overall confidence in dealing with Security Dodge. They are a tremendous asset to the dealership! The "friendliness" and "attitudes" of the girls in customer service need to be improved. More

The issue I came in for wasnt fixed. I brought my brand new truck with 1400 miles on it in because of a rattle I had in the front of the headliner, where the sunroof controls are. while t I brought my brand new truck with 1400 miles on it in because of a rattle I had in the front of the headliner, where the sunroof controls are. while there I was told that there was some recalls that they had to reprogram my transmission and they were going to look at the noise. the truck was programmed and I got a call saying that there was a bulliton to replace the clips in my headliner, I automatically assumed that they were front clips, where the issue is. 3 days later, they were installed, It wasn't until then i was told that the Clips that were changed were in the rear of the headliner. I told them the noise I was hearing was coming from the front, not the rear. I was told, take it home, drive it around and see if the issue was fixed. I drove no more then 1 mile and heard the issue again. This tells me they never looked for or heard the issue I had initially, nor test drove it after the clip installation to listen for the issue. So now I need to make another appointment for the same issue, leave them my truck again, get a loner vehicle again, wait who knows how long on the same issue twice. And, when I picked up my brand new truck, it had mud kicked up inside all the wheel wells, and on the body from there "storage lot" nobody cared to rinse the mud off. Just leave it for the customer to clean. More
