I called service and asked what's the best time to come down for an express oil change where the wait would be under an hour. I was there for over an hour and a half closer to two hours. Very disappointing and frustrating. My time is worth just as much as theirs and I expect the dealership to act accordingly. I also have purchased three vehicles from the dealer. More

Terrible I am very disappointment in this dealership's service department, especially being that I am family members with an employee, it really hurts me to ha I am very disappointment in this dealership's service department, especially being that I am family members with an employee, it really hurts me to have to write this review. I have had nothing but a terrible experience with them. My brand new Jeep Compass had a water leak. It had to wait 4 months to get an appointment. The leak got so bad that mold started to form in my car so I just brought it in early since I could no longer use the car with mold. The first rental they gave me, the dashboard screen completely went blank on me and the SUV would sometimes not turn on at all. I brought that back and they gave me a different rental after lying and saying they didn't have any other rentals. A month goes by and I try to get in touch with my representative, Marcel, to see the update on my car and after calling and leaving several messages throughout the week, he does not call me back. I had to go there to physically talk to him. After 2 months, my car is finally fixed, however they broke my glove compartment. I call to tell them and they say I have to wait again for my representative to call me back. THEY BROKE IT- that shouldn't even be a question, they should just say "we are so sorry, please come in right away and we will fix it". On top of that, they replaced my air filter (the car is only 1 year old and this did NOT need replacing) without even asking my permission or even letting me know that this was something they were doing and I had to pay for it. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not service your car at this location. I am beyond upset and very frustrated. More

Re calls Brought my 2014 ram 1500 in for 3 recalls. Told service dept to also check emergency brake. Called me back said emergency brake needs to be adjusted. Brought my 2014 ram 1500 in for 3 recalls. Told service dept to also check emergency brake. Called me back said emergency brake needs to be adjusted. Also said my rear brakes and rotors need to be replaced because of the emergency brake. 750 dollars for brakes and rotors in rear. I laughed at him. Told him just do the recalls. Took truck to my regular mechanic. Adjusted emergency brake. Said rotors and pads are good. What’s going on in the service department. More

A dealership who had no regard for customers time or safety The Jeep I purchased here was faulty from the start. It recently required a new engine and transmission and to get these new parts took approximately The Jeep I purchased here was faulty from the start. It recently required a new engine and transmission and to get these new parts took approximately 6 months. This dealership does not take a customers time into consideration when scheduling them to come in for repairs or to pick up their cars. I honestly do not believe security dodge cares about their customers safety either. They kept telling me my Jeep was fixed but it still needed to be brought back for more repairs. I will never buy another car from security dodge. More

The entire staff from Brandon to Dianna to even one of the technicians Alex are always so helpful and informative and patient. Dianna’s no-nonsense upbeat attitude always gets me in and out without any hesitation. Any issues that do surface, Brandon is always there to assist with and the technician who always works on my vehicles no matter if it be regular service, warranty work or repairs, Alex is the man!! Thanks to everyone here ALWAYS for going beyond reproach to make all us customers happy!!! And let me just additionally say, my salesman David Garcia is always great too.
