This caused me to miss a day of work as a Jeep will not run without oil in it. This was just icing on the cake after 6 months of hassle. I would NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone after all I went through with them. Natalie also let me know upon picking up my vehicle that she was too busy getting off work to speak to me, she had to go give her kids dinner. This is a poor example of a customer service manager. Service continues to plummet I have been using Security Dodge for years, both for service and sales. My last 4 vehicles have been purchased there. The time it takes for what used to be simple service such as an oil change has grown exponentially longer. I am constantly given wrong information and their fees have increased. $91 for an oil change! I think not. Their loaner car system is terrible and makes no sense, I have to call them daily to get an update on my vehicle when left for service, and people are rude. If you ask me, they have expanded too big too fast and are taking over Amityville. Their appointments for serious issues are still 2-3 weeks out from the time you make a call. The loaner I was given was absolutely disgusting and filthy. Even the girl doing the outside check with me asked if I wanted it taken to the car wash, but I declined because I had already waited over an hour when I had an appt. My vehicle was driven all the way to the Bohemian merge on sunrise highway to “run diagnostics” and you would think they would replenish my gas? Nope. But God forbid I didn’t return the loaner with a full tank of gas, they would have kept my $300 that they now charge to your credit card before even leaving the store with the loaner. (Still not sure what that $300 was for as the girl did a terrible job explaining and I was too annoyed to ask again-but I have since gotten it back, so it’s water under the bridge). My vehicle was also dirtier and smellier than when I had dropped it off. Covered in mud on the outside. Oh and someone definitely smoked a cigarette in it. I do not smoke. The entire experience was awful. Even the coupon that I had that was valid and not expired wasn’t taken. I was told because I didn’t also rotate my tires they could honor it. Coupon was $29.99 for oil change, filter change, lube, and tire rotation. they offered me a different coupon that was online for $42.99 for the same services minus the tire rotation. It then took about 25 mins for the service rep to get it approved. Made no sense the waiting. And this was at 8pm at night when they weren’t busy at all. So basically I paid more money for less services. I will be taking my business elsewhere for now on. More

Made my car worse Service center took over a month to get my transmission. Not only did they ruin it and not own up to it, they didn’t even say anything when I got the car back. l got into the car to drive away and was all over the road. Could have caused a serious accident. I pulled back into the lot at which point the service station said it wasn’t them. The car was on the border of un-driveable. There is no way I could have driven the car like that before it was brought in for the transmission issue. Such a shame I love dodge cars but I will never go there again and I’ll always steer my friends and relatives (who all love mopars) away from security dodge. I’m sure nothing will come of this review and I’m wasting my time, but it would be nice to receive some type of compensation for over a month of inconvenience in dishonesty. More
Incompetent service department that couldn’t care less I called to make an appointment about 3 weeks in advance. I was told to drop off the vehicle and they will work on it over night and I will get a call about 7:30 the next morning as to when I can come pick it up. I got to the dealership and went through service. I was told to go up front to see the girls at the desk. I waited about 5 minutes for 3 girls to find time to help me. I told my name and they told me to go in the back and ask for (an older white gentleman at the desk by the door. I forget his name now). I went there and he was in the phone. I waited about 10 minutes. My truck was about 15 feet from the door. I was told to pull it to the door. I did. When I got out he was now helping someone else. I waited 15 minutes and was told to move the truck up more. I did. About 10 minutes later he gave me a little ticket and I was told to see the gentleman inside of one of those offices by the door. Now I had to wait for this guy to finish talking with someone who looked like a friend. At this point I had been there a good 45 minutes as I had someone waiting to drive me home. This gentleman was trying to sell me on more service. Twice I explained that there is a fleet administrator and they make all the approvals. Gave him the keys and told him I need to pick it up the next day but anytime the next day. He said no problem. I left. Next morning no call at 7:30. I called about 12 and was told this guy comes in at 12:30. I have to talk to him because he handles the fleet vehicles. Called at 1 and now I was told he comes in at 4:30????? I said I need to know what’s going on with my truck. They put me on with the guy at the desk by the roll up door. He told me that nothing was done on my truck because they needed to call for approval????? They knew about this before hand. Anywork within $75 they can do and do not need approval. I dropped it off for a recall (no charge) and an inspection and oil change and check brakes. They did nothing. No recall. No oil change. Nothing. They said they have to wait for this guy to come in at 4:30. The fleet company is gone by then. It would have been another day with no work done to truck. This service department is the worst I have ever seen and I’ve had a fleet vehicle for about 15 years so I’ve seen a lot of service departments. You have one guy I have to talk too? What a joke. I’ve told everyone this story and told them to go elsewhere as well as posting on social media. They do not care about their customers. And now because they have been given a bad review, now they want me to pick up the phone and try to get a hold of them. When they didn’t fix my truck I told them I was coming down to get it. Their answer was no problem. They didn’t care that I was leaving with a truck that had a factory recall. This is a dealership that does not care. They want good reviews but don’t care about customers. They should have tried to do whatever they could to make me happy before I left. Now is too late More

Poor customer service. I am highly displeased with the service I have received, I purchased my truck here and have only had it serviced here since its purchase. I dropped my truck off at 9pm for an oil change and to again check a malfunctioning window, I leave a note to please have the car ready by Noon the following day as I have to be at work at 1pm. 1130am: I have not yet received a call that my car is ready, I call the dealership and explain the situation and ask for an update, they advise they will call with an update. 12 Noon: I have still not received a call from the service department. I call back and again ask for an update only to be told that my service had not yet been started. 1215pm: I call the dealer back and authorize them to continue service as I had found alternate transportation to work. I speak to Pat who repeatedly called me Ma'am and when she was corrected that I, Joseph, am in fact a male. She responded with an inappropriate attitude. 1245pm; Service advisor Will calls and apologizes stating that this should have been completed by the overnight crew and he doesn't understand why it waited. 3pm: Will calls back to advise service has finally been completed, 18 hours after the initial drop off. Then continues to advise that the repair of the window malfunction (which I have been complaining about since I picked up the truck) will cost me $100. Needless to say I am less than pleased with the service I have received at Security and will greatly reconsider my choice of dealership for my next Jeep purchase. More
