I have an appt with the dealer for another issue in a week so I guess it will wait till then but not happy with the customer service I received this time More

Tow Your Vehicle I bought a 2019 Compass from this dealership on Dec 2018. The buying experience was great, the salesman David Moshinsky was a pleasure. Down the line I bought a 2019 Compass from this dealership on Dec 2018. The buying experience was great, the salesman David Moshinsky was a pleasure. Down the line 6 months - my car has been flooding from the inside out. There is no water leaking in, it is coming from INSIDE the car. I called to schedule an appointment & wanted to make sure I received a loaner vehicle. My car was growing mold & had musty smells every time I used the AC or heater. Im severely allergic to mold & needed my car to be seen sooner than later. The receptionist told me “the only way we could see your car earlier is if you tow it to the lot” .. now if it was a mechanical issue, id tow it. But i went 2 months without being able to drive my car due to the mold, which had me covered in hives & barely breathing. Every time I would get into the car it was an episode of inhalers, antihistamines & praying to not have to use my epipen. Fast foward to YESTERDAY 7/30/19, I showed up to the lot at 7:30am, i was the 4th person in line. I checked in & spoke with Greg, the adviser. He proceeded to tell me there were no loaners available and there is nothing that can be done. He also told me how I would receive a call today to give me a status of the vehicle. I ended up walking home without my car & expecting my call later on in the day. I called around 12noon & asked to speak with Greg, whom which was not available at the time & I was told he would return my call. I waited until 5:30pm to give Greg a call again, this time he answered & told me “your car couldnt be diagnosed today” & i proceeded to ask for a loaner, since they have to keep my car for a couple of days.. & i was still told “no loaners still”. So it was 6pm & Enterprise & all car rental places were closed. I was expecting a call back in time so I can figure out what I need to do to find transportation to and from work in the event they needed to keep my car. BEYOND mad. I have also been informed- this dealership is the worst on long island & i was scammed out of paying a ridiculous amount of car payments to help the sales prosper & grow to their benefit. Im so upset with this dealership due to their lack of compassion for someone who had a medical issue that was being brought on by an issue their vehicle caused. Im upset that they didnt respect time and told me in time to get life situated. Im upset with how they promised a loaner & they had none. More
