Great Customer Service My brother and I were driving home from a visit with my niece. One of the Security Dodge Repair Team alerted us down telling us we had a flat tire. The Dodge Team, Anthony, Maurice and Miguel were terrific. They helped us and made the fix in quickly . These guys were knowledgeable, very professional and had good people skills. Last night was a raw, rainy January late on a Friday.We were very lucky to drive by the Dodge facility. have to return a few times to correct an issue took vehicle in for routine maintenance and also had a recall issue taken care of. After getting vehicle back, 2 days later had service light come on took vehicle in for routine maintenance and also had a recall issue taken care of. Next visit was an issue with right headlight out and bulb was replaced, when i received vehicle back, headlight was still out and was told i had to make an appt to have it taken care of, I felt that service employees didn’t rectify the issue and just brushed me off More

Helped me without even having an appointment. This morning I was on my way to Security Dodge of Amityville for an express oil change. As I was walking to my car I noticed oil on the ground. I wipe This morning I was on my way to Security Dodge of Amityville for an express oil change. As I was walking to my car I noticed oil on the ground. I wiped the chassis with a napkin and sure enough I have an oil leak. When I arrived at Security Dodge I informed them that I had an oil leak and asked if it would be possible for them to check it out even though I didn’t have an appointment. Considering that it was a Sunday morning and they had maybe one or two mechanics working, I didn’t think they would but, they did without hesitation. As I was waiting for my car, I saw Alise Bitic (the lady with the big beautiful smile) who had sold me the car in 2017. I told Alise what happened and she immediately went into the garage and asked the mechanic to do what he can because I live in The Bronx. A little while later, I was told that the oil filter housing needed to be changed and that it would take a couple of hours. Shortly thereafter, I was told that the housing was not in stock and that I would need to leave my Jeep there overnight. Now, Security Dodge went one step further. They gave me a loaner Jeep so that I can get home. The way I was treated was amazing. They went above and beyond like no other dealership has ever done for me. I would like to thank Alise Bitic, Johan Corona, Ricardo Gomez, Jimmy Tsiolis and everyone else in the Service department for caring and being a great help. For those of you who are wondering why I bought a Jeep in Long Island when I live 45 miles away. It’s because I didn’t like the way I was treated by the dealerships closer to home when I was shopping for my Jeep. Robert Calanni Bronx. More

Horrible service My headlights were not working and when I called service they told me since it is my lights I can bring it in at anytime. Once I dropped my car off on a Monday night they told me it was not a quick fix and I needed to leave it overnight. The next day at 3pm I got a phone call saying since I did not have an appointment they cannot look at my car. When I tried to make an appointment the lady told I had to wait until Christmas time. The manager was not willing to work with me and refused to give me a loaner car. I spoke to different managers and finally on Thursday they looked at my car, which ended up being a quick fix. Horrible service and not willing to work with their customers. I would never take my car there for service again. More
