The rating i am providing is SOLELY based off my experience with Keith from service. I have had my experiences with Security which have all been horrible. I had a lot of work to get done to my Jeep experience with Keith from service. I have had my experiences with Security which have all been horrible. I had a lot of work to get done to my Jeep and I was adamant about not wanting to bring my car back to the dealership. Unfortunately a mechanic I trusted had retired. After being talked down to by the head of service, yet again (he's always in a bad mood when I go to Security) I was sat with Keith. I assumed it would be another lackluster experience with yet another service person who wants to provide no help. Well, I was pleasantly proven wrong! He's kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and willing to help. If I ever have to bring my Jeep back for service I will be requesting to see him. He's seriously an amazing person in a department filled with unhappy people. More
