Horrible! I brought my car in to have work done; always waiting, service reps are rude & ignore costumers to carry on with their personal conversations! The receptionists are always rude. My car was returned to me with No gas; yet the loaner cars Must be returned with a gas tank! My car was left unlocked with the keys in it; but the customer Always last at Security! More

Dealer was unable to properly schedule an appointment lied about a loaner which they scheduled three weeks for. I am in a Ram loaner now vehicle recall and warranty repairs done at another Dealer. They test drove the car and said problem is tranny. 4 weeks to make appointment to fix. Then they say it's exhaust not tranny. Hmmmm. I argue, and tell them not to touch exhaust since it's the only par weeks to make appointment to fix. Then they say it's exhaust not tranny. Hmmmm. I argue, and tell them not to touch exhaust since it's the only part not covered, and definitely not source of noise. Wanted $1000+ to replace upper pipe. They did find that motor mounts are trashed (not sure how they missed that at the state inspection 2 mo earlier). They "fix" mounts, but when i drove away, the car bellowed and shook in low gears. Obviously they didn't road test. Took to meinekee, saw mounts are still not good - engine moves almost 6" when revved, and shakes the car. Of course this tore a hole in flex tube causing the bellowing. Now exhaust needs fixing!! Also, the ground cable wasn't reattached to motor mount! Original tranny noise is still there of course. Now I can't get another appointment for weeks with my car near undriveable. More
