I have a 2012 GC srt and every time I'm there for service i find parts missing from my vehicle bolts, push pins missing. What can I say but hats off to the service & management team at Security Dodge! I was stuck on the road with a dead battery and barely got enough charge from someone to get to the dealership. I called ahea team at Security Dodge! I was stuck on the road with a dead battery and barely got enough charge from someone to get to the dealership. I called ahead of time to make sure they could accommodate me & they squeezed me in because they knew what a tough spot I was in! They literally saved my life! They got me in, checked everything out, tested my battery & got it switched out as quickly as possible, even with the line of cars that were waiting. I had to rush back to work so they tried their best to help me & fast! They even changed the battery for my automatic car starter that died. I never have an issue with my Jeep but the 2 times in 3 years I needed to go for service, they made sure I felt like an appreciated client & family! Thanks Security Dodge for always making my experience so amazing & always fixing my issues with a smile on your faces! =) I would HIGLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! More
