Tire Rotation The Truck was sold to me with after market rims. They never gave me the key for the wheel locks. I had to get a loaner and send it out to get fixed. When I got my first loaner the truck was filthy and covered in mud and tree sap.The inside was also filthy with snot on the steering wheel and the floor mats were covered in dirt and sand. Which number one is completely unacceptable during normal circumstances. Number two I had to wait two weeks because they weren't giving out loaners because they need to "Clean & Sanitize" them due to COVID-19. When I went back to get a different loaner this too was also filthy and had sand and dirt all over the floor. They took it for 30 mins to "Clean" it for me and it came back just vacuumed... still not washed or "Cleaned" on the inside. I drove past the dealership for 6 days straight and saw my Truck sitting on the lot never moved. It's now day 8 & I still have not gotten my Truck back. I was supposed to have it back yesterday. I used their service department. 1st issue was they charged me for 2 parts when only 1 was replaced. You need to really read your bill and it is confusing to understand. Also I felt because I was a women, they thought I dont know anything. I was giving my money back. 2nd issue on a different occasion approximately 3 months later again with the service department. I had a lot more work done. When I drove my car home I popped the hood to see 2 hoses floating around not attached to anything. I called and they made a house visit to reconnect them. MY Car was returned on a Friday and I had to wait till monday for them to make the house visit. So for the whole weekend I was not able to drive my car that I just paid for because of someone negligent mistake. 1st vist was approximately $750 and 2nd visit was approximately $2000. It doesn't matter how much you pay the fact is your paying for it and It should be done correctly. Finally they need to aware of these mistakes. I have not been compensated at all. More
