My service manager Germaine was very nice and tried to help but after over a week of my Jeep being there (third time for the same small issue) they still gave my my Jeep back with a non-working radio. They replace me all components so they say but when i questioned why it was still all static’s i was told that it’s a wrangler issue and there is nothing else they can do and i have to deal with it. So basically i pay $450 a month of airport with an upgraded alpine stereo that u less I pay for satellite I can’t listen to it. Makes no sense and will be the last tome I purchase a vehicle here. Two years with no radio is a joke. Security should be ashamed of themselves. I even just said whatever and asked for them to pay for my satellite like they did for the first year and felt like o was laughed at. More
