Took my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service. Was given my vehicle back , told it was fixed. I drove it one block and the same issue was still there. The service manager then told me it is trial and given my vehicle back , told it was fixed. I drove it one block and the same issue was still there. The service manager then told me it is trial and error until they find the issue . Said the code was cleared. Clearly they didn’t drive the vehicle long enough for the sensors to come back online. Now it has been there for over a week and still no word back on the status of my car. I have left messages with no return calls. We had an issue with the keep and we were told that they replicated the issue and could not find the issue. They then said that the “tweaked” things and do not hear the noise anymore We pulled out of the replicated the issue and could not find the issue.
